Our polyester tow strap is far and above the best tow strap available for the modern BMW chassis. We use a heavy-duty, chemical-resistant polyester strap webbed around a stainless steel stud. There is plenty of length available for tow hooks to grab onto without hitting your bumper and damaging paint or causing cracks. When we designed this catch we wanted to have the most function options available, the best separation method, and the easiest to service. The Turner engineered catch cans offer a pre-setup design based ion desired flow direction, however, this does not limit you to this flow. The inner baffle orientation can be easily adjusted to flow in both directions in case you decide to move this catch can to a different vehicle. A 4 chamber system baffle system inside the catch can was engineered to create multiple changes in the direction of airflow within the separator to cause oil droplets to fall out of suspension before exiting the catch can. Having a closed/recirculated design reduces oil ingestion and promotes cleaner emissions and odor-less operation.

A tow strap is a better pickup point than a fixed steel ring, which will add weight and protrude past the bumper. Some racing series have banned the steel rings because they increase the likelihood of contact during close racing. Our straps are sold in bright red, bright blue, tri-color stripe or black (red suggested for racing use as it makes it easy for tow truck operators and safety crews to spot). On some models, the strap may be tucked behind the bumper panel when not on track, which makes this perfect for dual-use track/street cars and full racecars alike. Required for all BMW wheel spacers is a set of longer wheel bolts or wheel studs. Spacers cannot be used with stock bolts. Our extended lug bolts are a very high quality and high grade steel lug bolt (grade 10.9). We offer two finishes to get you just the right look with your wheels - black zinc to maintain a factory BMW appearance or a bright zinc nickel finish to go with polished wheels. Zinc finishes are designed to withstand 700 hours of salt spray testing.
5mm spacer note: a 5mm spacer sits on the existing hub lip but leaves less than 5mm of lip for the wheel to rest on. Therefore, wheels that have a bevel around the center bore will not engage the hub lip and may reseult in a vibration.

What can you do to get rid of this heat soak? Turner designed an IAT relocation kit that moves the intake air temp sensor to a cooler location. Mounting the sensor further away from the heat source and isolating it from the MAF housing, it can both resist the effects of heat soak longer and respond to temperature changes more quickly. This system completely transforms the character of your X5 by replacing the restrictive rear muffler with a high-flowing, TIG-welded stainless steel setup that enhances tone, reduces weight, and maintains factory fitment and finish. Our Muffler Delete Kit features dual 3" primary tubing that transitions to adjustable 3.5" tip sections for a clean yet aggressive look. At the front, the muffler delete kit attaches to the OEM mid-pipe using factory-style sleeve clamps. Our polyester tow strap is far and above the best tow strap available for the modern BMW chassis. We use a heavy-duty, chemical-resistant polyester strap webbed around a stainless steel stud. There is plenty of length available for tow hooks to grab onto without hitting your bumper and damaging paint or causing cracks. The precision-cut stud is fits E30 (89+), E36, E46, E82, E90, E92, Z3, and Z4. We have further refined the shape and size of the bolt so that spoiler modifications are kept to a minimum. Note that on some models you may need to modify the bumper slightly for the best fit.
A tow strap is a better pickup point than a fixed steel ring, which will add weight and protrude past the bumper. Some racing series have banned the steel rings because they increase the likelihood of contact during close racing. Our straps are sold in bright red, bright blue, or black (red suggested for racing use as it makes it easy for tow truck operators and safety crews to spot). On some models, the strap may be tucked behind the bumper panel when not on track, which makes this perfect for dual-use track/street cars and full racecars alike. Priced per strap so order two for the front and rear.

Wheel studs are among the safest and most beneficial upgrades you can make on a track car. Not only are wheel studs safer than wheel bolts but they make changing wheels/tires much easier. One of the frustrating things about installing your wheels on the hub is that it's difficult to line up the wheel on the bolt holes. As wheels get larger but also heavier it's even more trouble. Add in a wheel spacer and the task is twice as hard. BMW does produce a wheel alignment pin for this purpose but if you're changing wheels often a stud conversion is the better way to go.
Our original bullet nose studs are available in 60mm, 75mm, 82mm, or 90mm. The 75mm works great for cars that do not use a spacer (or a spacer smaller than 10mm). We recommend the 90mm length for cars that have spacers up to 20mm. The 82mm length is a happy medium between the 75mm and the 90mm. These studs come with a OEM-style black zinc coating for excellent corrosion resistance. These studs are perfect for dual-purpose street/track cars. The studs are stronger and safer than wheel bolts with protection against corrosion which makes them suitable for street use. For a dedicated race or track car, where wheel changes or pit stops are more frequent, check out our racing dry lube studs.
Our studs are also designed and manufactured with the properly sized shank to work with a wider range of BMW wheel, nut, and brake rotor combinations. We intentionally avoid the extra large shoulders you see on other studs because they can interfere with some brake rotor hats. The extra large shoulder can be too large to allow the rotor to pass through and drilling out the holes is required (not cool!) Our studs have the sufficient shank for the brake rotor without interfering.
Not all wheel studs are created equal. We don't take a manufacturer's generic wheel stud from their catalog and call it our own. Turner Wheel Studs are manufactured to meet our own specifications. Beware of cheaper studs on the market! We have seen other studs similar to our own designs that are not a true BMW fitment. There are differences that we have ironed out over our years of selling wheel studs for the BMW market.
