These kits are designed to be installed inline with your stock low-pressure fuel pump (LPFP).  They provide approximately 50% more flow when combined with your stock pump.

• SAE J30R10 E85 compatible fuel line
• 14ga fuel resistant wiring harness
• Quick connect female bullet connectors (2)
• Vent tube replacement clip
• Nylon cable ties (10)
• Stainless steel lock nuts (2)
• 10ga/14ga step-down butt splices w/E85 compatible heat-shrink tubing (2)
• Pushlock pump retention fittings (2)
• 14ga butt connectors w/heat-shrink tubing for pump removal to return to stock if/when desired (2)

  *Note:  Walbro does not warranty this pump for E85 use.  If your application requires an E85 certified pump you may want to consider selecting a Stage 2 fuel kit.

  ** IMPORTANT:  Do NOT attempt to run this kit inline with a Stage 2 kit.  The Stage 2 kit is a higher flowing kit and this will not only restrict the flow of the stage 2 kit, it will result in failures.

This is a complete plug and play solution to replace your stock Low-Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) with a new E85 certified bucketless assembly.

This solution provides up to 25% more flow than our standard Stage 2 LPFP upgrade and up to 150% more flow than the stock pump.  

This pump will support up to 550whp running 85% ethanol and 600whp running 50% ethanol. 

The Stage 2 bucketless kit includes the following:

• • A custom anodized billet fitting for the pump output and stock fuel line connection.
  • Our custom billet aluminum anodized bracket for the pump and float assembly
  • Two cotter pins to secure your float assembly
  • A new E85 compatible Walbro 450 pump
  • Spare vent tube clip
  • A new Walbro filter

If you still need more flow, the Stage 3 upgrade is also available and can be added to your Stage 2 bucketless pump.

The Stage 3 upgrade kit includes:

• • A complete plug and play solution by simply adding the secondary module
  • Our custom billet aluminum fitting to run both pumps in parallel
  • A new E85 compatible Walbro 450 pump
  • Wiring harness for the secondary pump

• NOTE: These kits include a basic filter assembly.  When using this filter, running the vehicle under low fuel conditions can cause fuel starvation issues. If you do hard straight line accelerations when you have less than 1/8 tank of fuel, we would recommend running our standard Stage 2, 3, or Stage 4 pump.  In addition, if you intend to use this for road course applications, you may see starvation issues when running less than a half tank and doing long high G right turns.  Again for those applications we'd recommend one of our standard pump applications.

Active Autowerke, established in 1981, has become a highly regarded name in the BMW community, known for their top-notch power solutions for various BMW models. Key components of the kit include the Rotrex C38-92 trim supercharger, an Active Autowerke front-mount air-to-air intercooler, a high-flow fuel pump, supercharger brackets, pulleys, and belts, six high-flow fuel injectors, an Active Autowerke air filter, dyno-tuned software, and all necessary mounting hardware, plumbing, hoses, and clamps. Additionally, the kit comes with an illustrated instruction manual and installation guide, ensuring a straightforward installation process. Still looking for more power after bolt-ons? High performance camshafts from Schrick are the way to go. These cams are a direct replacement for the stock cams and give a solid 15+ horsepower boost at the top end and great midrange torque increases too! More gains can be expected with intake and header upgrades and custom software tuning. A slightly lumpy idle is expected at cold start but will be smooth once at operating temperature. This set is just a great all-around cam upgrade for the S54!

These Schrick cams were initially developed for the M3 CSL but they also work great on the US and other non-CSL S54 engines as well. With more duration they are a great match to high flow headers, no cats, or CSL intake manifold upgrades. These are the new "cast" cams from Schrick which require new rocker arms (Schrick recommended or BMW part #11337833259). Professional installation is a must due to the intricacies with the double VAN0S.
