The Dinan sport muffler is designed to compliment the E46 M3 and not overpower the driver and passengers with harsh tones. Dual 3.5" stainless satin black tips engraved with the Dinan logo fill out the rear valence. Annoying highway drone has also been engineered out of the system. Dinan uses only 304 stainless steel in their systems for the maximum corrosion protection. This system replaces the factory rear mufflers at a pre-determined cut point on the stock exhaust, which makes for an easy installation and you can reinstall your original mufflers using factory hardware. Want more rasp and volume to come through from your exhaust? This Supersprint section 2 will replace and delete the factory resonator that sits before the muffler. Without the resonator there to dampen the sound the overall volume will increase and let more S54 rasp come through. Combine this with the Supersprint section 1 straight pipes for even more Motorsport rasp. This section 2 pipe will bolt up to a stock section 1 or cat section and any muffler. It's perfect for getting just a little more volume from your stock exhaust without changing the muffler.
