The Supersprint rear resonator for the E46 M3 is designed to help you tune your exhaust to your personal taste. If you're not a fan of the stock raspy exhaust note of the M3 this Supersprint resonator can help to reduce it. Or if extensive exhaust modifications have made the exhaust too loud this resonator can help quiet and dampen the overall volume. This fits in section 2 of the exhaust - after the front resonator section 1 and before the rear muffler.

This twin pipe system utilizes two high flow pipes instead of a single large pipe, allowing for up to 25% greater total exhaust flow. Thanks to the increased total flow, these center pipes are capable of supporting S54 engines producing over 400whp, perfect for all highly modified street cars or performance track vehicles.

This specific option offer's pipes that are resonated to prevent excessive noise and drone that may be experienced at cruising RPM speeds.

Want more rasp and volume to come through from your exhaust? This Supersprint section 2 will replace and delete the factory resonator that sits before the muffler. Without the resonator there to dampen the sound the overall volume will increase and let more S54 rasp come through. Combine this with the Supersprint section 1 straight pipes for even more Motorsport rasp. This section 2 pipe will bolt up to a stock section 1 or cat section and any muffler. It's perfect for getting just a little more volume from your stock exhaust without changing the muffler.

This Supersprint section 2 replaces the second of two resonators in the 323/328 exhaust. By deleting resonators you can gain a little more volume from the exhaust. This is especially good if you're a fan of the stock exhaust sound and just want to hear more of it. Replacing one resonator makes a moderate difference but replacing both section 1 and 2 will be a dramatic increase in sound. And with less restriction there is a slight horsepower and torque gain as well!
