This brake package for the 2001-2006 BMW E46 M3 ZCP (Competition Package) comes with everything you need to perform a major brake overhaul -

Front and rear rotors with hardware - Genuine BMW replacements
Front and rear brake pads - OEM organic, street performance, mixed track/street, or full race

Brake fluid - DOT4 street or DOT4 racing fluid

Our brake package uses the same replacement parts from the same manufacturers as BMW dealers use to service your car. The big difference is that we're able to offer these parts for a substantial savings from the dealer markup price. As an independent company we're able to buy our parts from multiple OEM suppliers whereas BMW dealers must buy their parts from BMW. We're able to shop from different vendors which gets you a better price while still maintaining original quality. You don't have to pay high prices at the dealer to get the same quality and performance!

In some cases, we offer performance alternatives to the OEM items. For an enthusiastic BMW owner, the standard BMW part may be inadequate and we offer an upgraded part, based on our almost 20 years of BMW tuning experience. We seek out high quality suppliers and designs that we would want on our own vehicles. Many times performance parts will fix a design flaw with the original BMW part, improving your performance at the same time.

This kit is a direct replacement for the standard floating and cross-drilled 345mm rotors in the ZCP Competition Package. This is brake overhaul for the ZCP and will not work as an upgrade for non-ZCP unless the ZCP front caliper brackets are used. Underdrive Power Pulleys work to 'free up' horsepower. Any accessory that spins from the main drive belt is using up power. That's power that could otherwise be used to move the car. By giving some of that power back to the engine, you can make the car faster! We measured 10.7 whp at 6960 rpm and 8.1 lb-ft of torque at 5550 on a 1995 M3. Race pulleys deliver even more power. 

Another "no-downside" upgrade, we even include a new belt. Total install time for a 3-piece pulley set should be around 1.5 hours. We offer three options in pulleys:
1.) No alternator pulley included - for cars with big amps and powerful stereo systems that need the extra juice.

2001-2006 E46 BMW M3

This package allows you to build your own rear bushing package to cover the parts you want to replace. As these cars age, they require a number of suspension bushings to be replaced. Bushing replacement not only keeps the car in its top form, it also makes the car safer. Depending on the work, it may be logical to replace all of the bushings in the rear suspension (there are 19 total). This is especially true if you are pulling the subframe out to do the floor reinforcement or if you're doing a diff install. Turner Motorsport is a big believer in using rubber bushings for street cars (with the exception of solid subframe mounts, see further below). Urethanes, Delrin, or aluminum are generally good for reducing compliance and limiting deflection - attributes that don't really work well on roads filled with potholes, railroad crossings, cracks, and expansion joints. The rubber bushings maintain the factory ride/handling traits that won the M3 praise all over the world. Every bushing will need maintenance or replacement at some point and rubber has proven to last the longest and need less maintenance than anything else, even urethane. And unless competitive driving is your goal, the harder materials are only a gimmick.

Any major overhaul of the rear suspension should include new subframe mounts. The worn rubber mounts contribute to rear subframe-floor failure when the deflection in the mount is transferred to the chassis. Rubber mounts are only OK for street cars that don't see aggressive driving, autocross, or track use. For any enthusiastic driving, we strongly recommend our solid aluminum subframe mounts even on the street. They have zero deflection and will not contribute to rear floor failures. And if you leave rubber in the rest of the suspension your ride comfort will not suffer.

Individual Item Descriptions:

• Trailing Arm Bushings and Limiters (33322228153 and TSU9990001) - our OEM rubber replacement trailing arm bushings (RTABs) are a perfect fit and help maintain rear toe alignment. The Limiters prevent premature bushing wear.
• Rear Inner Control Arm Bushings (upper 33321092247 and lower 33326770824) - new stock inner rubber bushings for the upper spring arm and the lower camber arm. These do not wear out very quickly but should be replaced as a 'While you're in there...' job.
• Rear Outer Control Arm Bushings (upper and lower) (33326775551) - new stock outer ball joints for the upper spring arm and the lower camber arm. These are the standard ball joint design and last a very long time. Check for play with a pry bar and replace as needed.
• Rear Shock Mounts - Choose from several types of RSM upgrades. If your mounts have not been replaced in the last 40,000 miles, now is the perfect time. Skip this option if you recently replaced mounts or already have an upgraded mount.
• Differential mounts (33172282484 and 33112282482) - Now is a great time to replace the front rubber-isolated mount. This is another low-wear mount but it can be changed easily, and is a low cost item. The rear mounts are in the aluminum differential cover and BMW only sells them with it. Solid diff mounts are streetable with only a minimal increase in NVH.
• Rear subframe mounts (33312283573, 33312283574, and 33312283419 x 2) - The heart of the rear suspension, the subframe (or carrier) mounts located the entire rear suspension to the car. There are four mounts in total and bolt up into the rear floor. Worn subframe mounts are one of the leading contributors to rear floor-subframe failure. As the mounts flex, so does the sheetmetal of the chassis, which will fatigue the sheetmetal and crack the spot welds. Therefore, replacement of the subframe mounts is critical and a must when doing the subframe reinforcement or repair. Solid aluminum mounts are streetable with no increase in NVH.

As the E46 M3 gets on in years and mileage, the cooling system will be one of the areas that needs the most attention. We have packaged all of the major cooling components into one overhaul kit:

• radiator
• water pump
• thermostat
• radiator hoses and clamps
• gaskets and o-rings

We have found that the E46 M3 can develop inconvenient cooling issues, even on daily driven street cars. While the infamous radiator and water pump failures of the E36 are a thing of the past, the E46 M3 still has its own complications. The best approach to avoid bigger problems is preventative maintenance. We recommend replacing the water pump before 80,000 miles and the radiator before 100,000 miles. By addressing these problem areas before a failure, you will save yourself a larger repair bill in the future.

In addition to the standard cooling package items above, there are several other cooling-related components that may make sense to do at the same time:

• Original BMW coolant
• fan clutch
• main serpentine belt and A/C belt

This is a compete cooling system overhaul kit, which includes all the common cooling system failure parts bundled into a complete package. This cooling system package is for the E46 with the M52/54 engine.  

A failure in the cooling system can lead to overheating and catastrophic engine failure. Don't gamble your engine! By replacing these core items preventatively, such as the thermostat housing, radiator, and waterpump, you are defusing what could be a ticking cooling system time bomb. And if you've had a failure of one of these parts, now is the time to refresh your entire cooling system. Keep on top of the cooling needs of your engine for your own piece of mind.
