Wheel studs are among the safest and most beneficial upgrades you can make on a track car. Not only are wheel studs safer than wheel bolts but they make changing wheels/tires much easier. One of the frustrating things about installing your wheels on the hub is that it's difficult to line up the wheel on the bolt holes. As wheels get larger but also heavier it's even more trouble. Add in a wheel spacer and the task is twice as hard. BMW does produce a wheel alignment pin for this purpose but if you're changing wheels often a stud conversion is the better way to go. Our original bullet nose studs are available in 78mm and 90mm overall lengths. The 78mm works great for cars that do not use a spacer (or a spacer smaller than 15mm). We recommend the 90mm length for cars that have a spacer larger than 15mm. These studs come with a black magnesium phosphate coating for excellent corrosion resistance. These studs are perfect for dual-purpose street/track cars. The studs are stronger and safer than wheel bolts and have a barrier against corrosion which makes them suitable for street use. For a dedicated race or track car, where wheel changes or pit stops are more frequent, check out our racing dry lube studs. Our studs are also designed and manufactured with the properly sized shank to work with a wider range of BMW wheel, nut, and brake rotor combinations. We intentionally avoid the extra large shoulders you see on other studs because they can interfere with some brake rotor hats. The extra-large shoulder can be too large to allow the rotor to pass through and drilling out the holes is required (not cool!) Our studs have the sufficient shank for the brake rotor without interfering.

We have a lot of N52 powered BMWs in the parking lot here at Turner. No, they're not the fastest cars, and they never will be - but it shines where the more expensive N54 lacks, reliability. There is something innately satisfying about the linear, smooth powerband that comes from BMW's signature inline 6 cylinder platform. We love the N52 for what it is: the perfect daily. And we decided to make it even better by designing an intake that eliminates restriction and increases air flow allowing for max gains of 9 WHP and 13 WTQ down low in the power band. The power numbers are, however, not the most impressive part of this intake. Our intake really makes N52 powered BMWs feel even more linear and predictable, capitalizing on this powerplant's existing strength.

Our polyester tow strap is far and above the best tow strap available for the modern BMW chassis. We use a heavy-duty, chemical-resistant polyester strap webbed around a stainless steel stud. There is plenty of length available for tow hooks to grab onto without hitting your bumper and damaging paint or causing cracks. The precision-cut stud is fits E30 (89+), E36, E46, E82, E90, E92, Z3, and Z4. We have further refined the shape and size of the bolt so that spoiler modifications are kept to a minimum. Note that on some models you may need to modify the bumper slightly for the best fit.

A tow strap is a better pickup point than a fixed steel ring, which will add weight and protrude past the bumper. Some racing series have banned the steel rings because they increase the likelihood of contact during close racing. Our straps are sold in bright red, bright blue, or black (red suggested for racing use as it makes it easy for tow truck operators and safety crews to spot). On some models, the strap may be tucked behind the bumper panel when not on track, which makes this perfect for dual-use track/street cars and full racecars alike. Priced per strap so order two for the front and rear.

This latest generation of the Turner Motorsport Wheel Spacers represents a total redesign of the wheel spacer concept - a ground-up, clean-sheet design based on our years of BMW service and motorsports. We took everything we have learned from our service technicians, customers, and race team crew and built the spacer to beat all spacers. We've been in the BMW wheel spacer business probably longer than anybody and when it came time to make our own spacers, a basic spacer design just wouldn't do. We had to make a spacer that is lightweight (for lower unsprung mass), has a tough and durable coating to last through our New England winters, is easily removed (your mechanic will thank you), and is precisely engineered and manufactured for a proper fit on the hub and in the wheel. New for your N54-powered 135 or 335 is our Dual Shear Selector Rod (DSSR) to deliver a more controlled and tighter shifting experience over the factory selector rod. Pair our N54 DSSR with our Double Adjustable Short Shifter for the full upgraded shifting experience. This DSSR is designed for BMW N54 models that have the selector rod p# 25117524722.

Upgrade from your single connection selector rod to a dual shear selector rod or DSSR for a stronger connection and an overall better shifting experience. The factory BMW selector rod is made of hollow aluminum tubing and attaches to both the shifter and transmission from one side utilizing a pin-and-clip design. The factory single-side attachment only has a small amount of surface area contacting both the shifter and transmission selector which relies directly on the connecting pin to do all of the shifting and control, this can cause a loose and/or lackluster experience when shifting gears or shaking your shifter in neutral. Your new Turner DSSR features a much larger contacting surface to both the shifter and transmission, not only does the upgraded DSSR have larger faces contacting your shift components but it also features double the amount of mounting surfaces. This dual shear selector rod hugs your shift lever and selector tight from both sides and eliminates deflection and sloppiness for the best shifting experience possible.

Installation:

Note the orientation of your factory selector rod upon removal
Once your factory selector rod is removed, attach the two-piece DSSR to the transmission selector joint and the lower shift lever. Once the two pieces are pressed together, move your shifter to either the 3rd or 5th gear position to give yourself maximum room to install and tighten the supplied hardware.

When we designed this catch we wanted to have the most function options available, the best separation method, and the easiest to service. The Turner engineered catch cans offer a pre-setup design based ion desired flow direction, however, this does not limit you to this flow. The inner baffle orientation can be easily adjusted to flow in both directions in case you decide to move this catch can to a different vehicle. A 4 chamber system baffle system inside the catch can was engineered to create multiple changes in the direction of airflow within the separator to cause oil droplets to fall out of suspension before exiting the catch can. Having a closed/recirculated design reduces oil ingestion and promotes cleaner emissions and odor-less operation.

A BMW's rear subframe is the heart of the suspension. When the subframe moves, so do all the suspension mounting points. Replacing the stock rubber bushings with solid ones limits both drivetrain and suspension movement, eliminating the unwanted movement and keeping your BMW's setup the way it should be. These solid mounts will also help prevent the subframe from tearing out of the chassis on your E90/E92 3 series. We spend lots of extra time machining each TMS subframe mount to keep your car as light as possible. CNC machined from high grade billet aluminum for precision and quality. These solid aluminum subframe bushings are for racing applications only, and can be used on all E90 M3 & E92 M3.

These aluminum pedals were designed with one thing in mind -- performance. We wanted a pedal set that gave us the grip EXACTLY where we wanted it: MASSIVE GRIP on the brake and clutch pedals, and far less grip on the accelerator to allow the right foot to better slide/move during heal-toe braking. This set surpasses all others in this area, giving your BMW's foot operated controls a more tactile feel and response. The brake and clutch pedals feature pyramid shaped spikes, which actually BITE the soles of your shoes PERFECTLY, creating the ultimate (and unbeatable) friction surface.

These pedals are 100% MADE IN THE USA, and are CNC machined from aircraft quality aluminum billet to perfectly fit your BMW. There's no rubber to wear out, and no cosmetic finishes to chip or flake off. Stainless steel hardware is included, as well as a basic installation guide (professional installation always recommended). These pedals are for left-hand drive (LHD), manual transmission BMWs only (including SMG and DCT sequential manual gearboxes -- on these cars, you will only use one of the included clutch/brake sized pedals). Please note on E36 convertible models (1994-1999) the optional footrest requires modification.

Now available in (optional) black anodized! The same shoe-gripping performance as our standard "naked" aluminum racing pedals, but with an added black anodized coating, for a stealth black finish. We always recommend the naked metal pedals for harsher/race type use, as all cosmetic finishes will eventually degrade over time. But for those looking for the black-out look, we can now accommodate! The intake boot is a regular issue especially for BMW's, nearly all vehicles have a boot manufactured from rubber with an accordion section in the design for flexibility. This flexible section is typically where the failure comes from leading to vacuum leak engine codes, rough idle, and increase fuel consumption. 

When you upgrade to a Turner silicone intake boot you get a perfect fit that will not only outlast the OE design (meaning any vacuum leaks and rough idle), while also smoothing out airflow within the intake tract. This boot also eliminates the factory intake resonator giving your engine a much more aggressive sound under the hood especially at higher rpm. Available in black or Turner blue color, our intake boot offers either a pop of color or a cohesive, complementary look in your engine bay.

The Turner Motorsport silicone intake boot is manufactured with 5 layers of wire reinforced silicone to prevent collapse under load. Engineered in-house utilizing 3D scanning technology, this boot offers perfect fitment with the factory air box and either single stage or three stage (high output N52) intake manifolds.

Install as a standalone reliability improvement or in addition to our three stage intake manifold and Turner performance tune (available here).

Replaces OE intake boot 13717536004.

While the transmission itself delivers exceptional performance, its supporting components don’t always keep pace. The factory plastic oil pan and limited oil capacity compromise cooling efficiency and long-term reliability, especially during high-performance use. With this in mind, we set out to engineer a solution that elevates durability, thermal management, and fluid control to match the transmission’s world-class performance.

We've designed a permanent, high-performance replacement for the flawed OEM pan: a cast-aluminum, increased-capacity upgrade that enhances cooling and durability. Its all-aluminum construction provides a significant upgrade over the OE plastic pan, which is prone to cracking when impacted by road debris. Engineered for those who demand more from their vehicle, our design increases fluid capacity to promote superior cooling and help maintain optimal transmission temperatures, even in the most demanding conditions.

To ensure a leak-free seal, we engineered a heavy-duty Viton gasket specific to their transmission pan design. The Viton material provides exceptional reliability under high temperatures and resists deformation—a common failure point of the factory rubber gasket. For further protection, integrated magnets actively attract and hold metal debris that could otherwise compromise the transmission's longevity. This innovative design keeps your fluid clean and extends the overall life of your drivetrain.

Whether your DCT-equipped BMW serves as a track car or a highway cruiser, this pan ensures your transmission remains cool and efficient, minimizing the risk of overheating and wear.

Turner Motorsport stainless reinforced clutch lines provide more confident and dependable shifting by maintaining consistent line pressure, long lasting corrosion resistance, and increased protection from failure. Our lines are reinforced with braided stainless steel mesh, affording superior expansion resistance over Factory and OE style clutch lines. This resistance to expansion creates a firmer pedal, and a more direct clutch pedal feel. The signature blue polymer coating provides additional protection from the elements and abrasion.

BMW’s are known to have failure prone front thrust arm bushings.  The flexible rubber bushings, even those found in M performance models, allow significant movement of the front wheels to maximize daily driving comfort, but also allow considerable alignment change.  This results in a disconnected and numb road feel, standing between you and a confidence inspiring driving experience.  Eventually the fluid filled rubber bushings fatigue and crack due to continual deflection and ozone degradation, and eventually the damping fluid leaks out resulting in complete failure. 

For the enthusiast looking for superior performance and longevity with a crisp, confidence-inspiring driving experience, our sealed ball joint monoballs are the best solution available!  Our experience with spherical front control arm ball joints go back to those we designed and used in our IMSA E90 328i and E92 M3 racecars (GS class Champions in 2011).  We wanted to offer E31, E32, E34, E38, E39, E53, E60, E63, E64, and E83 owners similar levels of handling precision and control for the track and street. 

The bearing housing is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 anodized aluminum and features a knurled OD to ensure a perfect press fit, and utilize a sealed OEM BMW ball joint for exceptional quality and durability, making them completely at home on both the street and track with no compromise.  We have done extensive street, autocross, and track testing to ensure the ball joint used in this bushing design excels in each setting.  The advantage of a sealed ball joint is that it eliminates all unwanted deflection while still allowing complete bind-free movement throughout suspension travel, resulting in exceptional control of wheel alignment.  What you get is superior steering precision, turn-in response, direct braking feedback, and better handling.

We offer these thrust arms with the monoball bushings pre-installed for your convenience. One of the tricks for getting your BMW to handle better is to add negative camber to the front wheels. This will put more of the tire's width in contact with the ground during cornering. With more rubber there is more grip. BMWs typically have less camber in the front to create understeer. But if you're running a stock setup on the track or autocross you are giving up speed and time as the front tires run out of grip sooner than they should.

Our E90 E92 E93 fixed camber plates are designed from the knowledge we gained from our highly successful racing campaigns with the E46 in the Speed World Challenge series. Our camber plates are offset for the best camber and caster combination for racing purposes when using the stock-diameter sized springs. Camber increases to -2.5° depending on your individual suspension setup, while only increasing ride height by 6mm. The rate of camber change is virtually unaffected throughout the range of suspension travel, reducing the need for other geometry correction. Fixed mount camber plates are legal in many racing and autocross classes - these are the perfect camber solution when adjustable plates are not allowed in your class.

These are very simple to install, requiring only pressing out locator dowels and studs in your factory strut mounts. See below for detailed instructions.

The factory plastic oil pan and limited oil capacity compromise cooling efficiency and long-term reliability, especially during high-performance use. With this in mind, we set out to engineer a solution that elevates durability, thermal management, and fluid control to match the transmission’s world-class performance.

We've designed a permanent, high-performance replacement for the flawed OEM pan: a cast-aluminum, increased-capacity upgrade that enhances cooling and durability. Its all-aluminum construction provides a significant upgrade over the OE plastic pan, which is prone to cracking when impacted by road debris. Engineered for those who demand more from their vehicle, our design increases fluid capacity to promote superior cooling and help maintain optimal transmission temperatures, even in the most demanding conditions.

To ensure a leak-free seal, we engineered a heavy-duty Viton gasket specific to their transmission pan design. The Viton material provides exceptional reliability under high temperatures and resists deformation—a common failure point of the factory rubber gasket. For further protection, integrated magnets actively attract and hold metal debris that could otherwise compromise the transmission's longevity. This innovative design keeps your fluid clean and extends the overall life of your drivetrain.

BMWs are well-known for their problematic cooling systems, which are often a catalyst for irreversible engine damage and a hefty repair bill. The coolant expansion tank—a crucial component responsible for holding hot engine coolant under high pressure—is a common cause of cooling system issues. Unfortunately, BMW chose to manufacture the factory E9X N55 expansion tank out of plastic. A BMWs sub-frame is the heart of the suspension - as the subframe twists and shifts under load all of the suspension mounting points also move. The rear suspension feels loose and lacks precision. As rubber or hydroelastic bushings wear the bushing deflection gets worse. If you have a highly tuned 335i/xi you're putting even more strain on weak bushings. The solution is a stiffer and more durable material. Even BMW has moved to solid mounts on the F10 M5 and F8X M3/M4. These fully solid E82/E90/E92 aluminum mounts have zero deflection - the subframe does not move at all. The rest of the suspension can work as designed and maintain the proper alignment and motion ratios. The driver will notice the difference as the car is more stable and the handling is more precise.

Although we designed these for use in our racecars, they can work on the street so long as the driver can tolerate some additional noise, vibration, and harshness. These mounts are CNC machined in the USA and made with high-grade aluminum. The set is for all four subframe mounts.

Our renowned TMS adjustable front sway bar / swaybar links for BMWs are now available in custom lengths, making them easy to order for any aftermarket or custom suspension setups. Simply measure for your ideal link length, and order the links with the best length range (below). Each sway bar link has a 10mm diameter mounting pin/stud, which is the typical factory/stock size for a universal fitment. These are sold by the pair, and each set includes two matching sway bar end links.

These end links offer the quiet operation and long life of "stock" BMW end links, but with the strength and adjustability of rod-end style sway bar links. These sway bar links can be used on a wide variety of BMWs and aftermarket BMW suspensions. When measuring, please consider that the length ranges of our Custom Adjustable end links are measured from the center to center on the end link mounting stud / pin, as shown in our diagram.

Note for E9X M3: the unique mounting on the M3 strut requires a set of our adapter seats (#TSU9912AF9). You can add them with your links from the menu below.

Made in the USA Help preserve the structural integrity of your BMW E82 1-series, or E90, E91, E92, or E93 3-series with these weld-in strut tower reinforcement plates. Deformation of the front upper strut tower has been common problem, especially in race-prepped cars, cars with lowered suspensions, any car that sees track use, or BMWs driven on rough roads. The strut tower deforms from suspension bottoming out, forces generated by the spring/shock assembly, and that forced concentrated in a relatively small area on the strut tower. The strut tower will exhibit deforming by cracking (especially around the stud holes), or "mushrooming" where the tower takes on a dome-shaped top instead of being flat. By thickening the sheetmetal material of the tower, you are making it stronger and more robust to prevent deformation. While the E82 and E9x cars are newer and better made than the previous E36 and E46 cars, any suspension modification or track use will make the new cars more susceptible to this problem.

These are mounted on the underside of the strut tower and need to be welded into place.

These aluminum pedals were designed with one thing in mind -- performance. We wanted a pedal set that gave us the grip EXACTLY where we wanted it: MASSIVE GRIP on the brake and clutch pedals, and far less grip on the accelerator to allow the right foot to better slide/move during heal-toe braking. This set surpasses all others in this area, giving your BMW's foot operated controls a more tactile feel and response. The brake and clutch pedals feature pyramid shaped spikes, which actually BITE the soles of your shoes PERFECTLY, creating the ultimate (and unbeatable) friction surface. 

These pedals are 100% MADE IN THE USA, and are CNC machined from aircraft quality aluminum billet to perfectly fit your BMW. There's no rubber to wear out, and no cosmetic finishes to chip or flake off.
