The B16 PSS10 coilovers offer a stiffer spring rate than stock and a lower ride height for less bodyroll and better handling. These are among the easiest coil over kits on the market - no special mounts required (works with stock mounts and sway bar links), larger adjustment knob allows for easy shock damping changes, and coil over spanner wrenches included for easy height changes. Bilstein backs up their technology with a limited lifetime warranty. TUV approved for fitment, safety, and quality!

Bilstein's monotube shock dampers in the PSS10 offer 10 precise settings for compression and rebound. A new setting is just a click away, allowing you to set a ride and handling combination that works for your setting. Instead of offering too many shock settings that you're never going to use, Bilstein has chosen ten optimal damping curves from a smooth street setting (P10) to an ultra-stiff track-only setup (P1). Shock changes are made from an easy-to-use over-sized adjuster knob.

Ride height adjustments are done from perches that ride on each shock body, which are zinc coated for excellent wear and corrosion resistance. You can set the ride height between 0.5 to 1.3 inches lower than stock ride height. Springs are progressively rated so their initial compression rating is quite soft and then becomes stiffer as the spring compresses. These are stiffer than most coil over kit manufacturers and the results of Bilstein's extensive testing on the German Nurgburgring and Autobahn.

The fitment of these is just like a standard shock and spring package. The front struts and rear shocks are compatible with the stock strut and shock mounts. You can re-use your own or choose a mount with additional features. Because the Bilstein design keeps the sway bar tab in the original location, you can re-use the stock sway bar links. Using the stock mounts keeps the cost and complexity down and allows for TUV certification. You can also be assured of the stock mount's quiet and long-lasting performance. The assembly of the front strut is the same as a the factory strut. In the rear, ride height is made by an adjustable spring perch that sits under the rear spring. Install instructions and diagrams included.

A BMW's rear subframe is the heart of the suspension. When the subframe moves, so do all the suspension mounting points. Replacing the stock rubber bushings with solid ones limits both drivetrain and suspension movement, eliminating the unwanted movement and keeping your BMW's setup the way it should be. These solid mounts will also help prevent the subframe from tearing out of the chassis on your E90/E92 3 series. We spend lots of extra time machining each TMS subframe mount to keep your car as light as possible. CNC machined from high grade billet aluminum for precision and quality. BMW’s are known to have failure prone front thrust arm bushings.  The flexible rubber bushings, even those found in M performance models, allow significant movement of the front wheels to maximize daily driving comfort, but also allow considerable alignment change.  This results in a disconnected and numb road feel, standing between you and a confidence inspiring driving experience.  Eventually the fluid filled rubber bushings fatigue and crack due to continual deflection and ozone degradation, and eventually the damping fluid leaks out resulting in complete failure. 

For the enthusiast looking for superior performance and longevity with a crisp, confidence-inspiring driving experience, our sealed ball joint monoballs are the best solution available!  Our experience with spherical front control arm ball joints go back to those we designed and used in our IMSA E90 328i and E92 M3 racecars (GS class Champions in 2011).  We wanted to offer E31, E32, E34, E38, E39, E53, E60, E63, E64, and E83 owners similar levels of handling precision and control for the track and street. 

The bearing housing is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 anodized aluminum and features a knurled OD to ensure a perfect press fit, and utilize a sealed OEM BMW ball joint for exceptional quality and durability, making them completely at home on both the street and track with no compromise.  We have done extensive street, autocross, and track testing to ensure the ball joint used in this bushing design excels in each setting.  The advantage of a sealed ball joint is that it eliminates all unwanted deflection while still allowing complete bind-free movement throughout suspension travel, resulting in exceptional control of wheel alignment.  What you get is superior steering precision, turn-in response, direct braking feedback, and better handling.

One of the tricks for getting your BMW to handle better is to add negative camber to the front wheels. This will put more of the tire's width in contact with the ground during cornering. With more rubber there is more grip. BMWs typically have less camber in the front to create understeer. But if you're running a stock setup on the track or autocross you are giving up speed and time as the front tires run out of grip sooner than they should.

Our E90 E92 E93 fixed camber plates are designed from the knowledge we gained from our highly successful racing campaigns with the E46 in the Speed World Challenge series. Our camber plates are offset for the best camber and caster combination for racing purposes when using the stock-diameter sized springs. Camber increases to -2.5° depending on your individual suspension setup, while only increasing ride height by 6mm. The rate of camber change is virtually unaffected throughout the range of suspension travel, reducing the need for other geometry correction. Fixed mount camber plates are legal in many racing and autocross classes - these are the perfect camber solution when adjustable plates are not allowed in your class.

These are very simple to install, requiring only pressing out locator dowels and studs in your factory strut mounts. See below for detailed instructions.

The rear lower control arms on E82/E9X models are the weakest link in the rear suspension. The arm is made from folded sheetmetal and it bends and deforms easily. Not only will it deform from potholes and curbs, tow truck drivers love to hook onto them without realizing how weak they are. We have seen other race teams complete the box section to make them stronger. A bent arm will throw off the geometry in the suspension, potentially affecting handling and tire wear. These aluminum arms are both lighter and stronger than the factory sheetmetal arms and is the best solution for chronic bending of the stock arm. These are a direct replacement to your stock arms with no changes needed to your alignment. New high-grade hardware is included.

Note: the stock arm is designed from the factory to be intentionally weak. These arms will bend so that something else in the suspension does not break. Our race cars used the stock sheetmetal arm but we replaced them often. We found that it was better to finish a race with a bent arm than not finish due to a catastrophic failure. The ECS arms are still designed to be the weakest link but are far stronger than the factory arm and will not bend as easily.

A BMWs sub-frame is the heart of the suspension - as the subframe twists and shifts under load all of the suspension mounting points also move. The rear suspension feels loose and lacks precision. As rubber or hydroelastic bushings wear the bushing deflection gets worse. If you have a highly tuned 335i/xi you're putting even more strain on weak bushings. The solution is a stiffer and more durable material. Even BMW has moved to solid mounts on the F10 M5 and F8X M3/M4. These fully solid E82/E90/E92 aluminum mounts have zero deflection - the subframe does not move at all. The rest of the suspension can work as designed and maintain the proper alignment and motion ratios. The driver will notice the difference as the car is more stable and the handling is more precise.

Although we designed these for use in our racecars, they can work on the street so long as the driver can tolerate some additional noise, vibration, and harshness. These mounts are CNC machined in the USA and made with high-grade aluminum. The set is for all four subframe mounts.

Our renowned TMS adjustable front sway bar / swaybar links for BMWs are now available in custom lengths, making them easy to order for any aftermarket or custom suspension setups. Simply measure for your ideal link length, and order the links with the best length range (below). Each sway bar link has a 10mm diameter mounting pin/stud, which is the typical factory/stock size for a universal fitment. These are sold by the pair, and each set includes two matching sway bar end links.

These end links offer the quiet operation and long life of "stock" BMW end links, but with the strength and adjustability of rod-end style sway bar links. These sway bar links can be used on a wide variety of BMWs and aftermarket BMW suspensions. When measuring, please consider that the length ranges of our Custom Adjustable end links are measured from the center to center on the end link mounting stud / pin, as shown in our diagram.

Note for E9X M3: the unique mounting on the M3 strut requires a set of our adapter seats (#TSU9912AF9). You can add them with your links from the menu below.

Made in the USA Help preserve the structural integrity of your BMW E82 1-series, or E90, E91, E92, or E93 3-series with these weld-in strut tower reinforcement plates. Deformation of the front upper strut tower has been common problem, especially in race-prepped cars, cars with lowered suspensions, any car that sees track use, or BMWs driven on rough roads. The strut tower deforms from suspension bottoming out, forces generated by the spring/shock assembly, and that forced concentrated in a relatively small area on the strut tower. The strut tower will exhibit deforming by cracking (especially around the stud holes), or "mushrooming" where the tower takes on a dome-shaped top instead of being flat. By thickening the sheetmetal material of the tower, you are making it stronger and more robust to prevent deformation. While the E82 and E9x cars are newer and better made than the previous E36 and E46 cars, any suspension modification or track use will make the new cars more susceptible to this problem.

These are mounted on the underside of the strut tower and need to be welded into place.

A 4-piece set of new OEM rear upper and lower shock mounts to complete your shock install or replace broken mounts (RSM). The top mounts on the shocks for the E82 and E90/E91/E92/E93 consist of 4 pieces. These E9X URSM pieces fit all E82 and E9X except the M3 with EDC.

Rear Shock Mount (RSM) Kit consists of:
A. rear upper-top shock mounts, 33506771737
B. rear upper-middle shock mounts, 33506767010
C. rear upper-bottom shock mounts, 33506771738
D. rear upper supporting cup, 33526764418 (sits over bumpstop)
There is also a lower mount that is available separately. This package covers only the rear upper shock mounts.

That's a lot of rubber that takes constant deflecting and absorbing of cornering forces and impacts from bumps, potholes, etc. Replacing the RSMs is key to maintaining a quiet and comfortable ride. Price is for all 4 upper pieces for BOTH sides of the car.

Replacing your struts and shocks? Don't forget the bushings! The rubber mounts for the shocks will go bad over time, especially if you drive hard or the roads are particularly rough. The shock mounts locate the front struts and rear shocks to the car - providing a quiet and vibration-free buffer between the road and the cabin. Shock mounts and bushings can wear out just like any other rubber part on the car. This leads to more noise and harshness reaching the chassis and may complicate your new suspension install. When installing new shocks, that is the perfect time to also replace the mounts. There is no additional time to install them, no special tools required, and doesn't take any extra time!     M3 upper and lower control arms are a known upgrade for non-M E82 and E9X chassis. But our Monoball Thurst Arms are even more of an upgrade over the stock M3 arms. This package bundles the Turner Monoball upper thrust arms with the stock M3 lower control arms. If there's one big fail point in the E82/E9X front suspension it's the thrust arms. The front inner thrust arm bushing is filled with dampening fluid that leaks over time. Once it's gone the bushing has the strength of a rubber band. Even though we sell two types of upgraded rubber bushings there was still room for improvement. For someone looking for superior performance and longevity these sealed monoball bushings are the best out there. 

    The advantage of a monoball bearing is that it will not deflect under load. All of the rubber bushings, including the M3, move in all sorts of directions and that changes your alignment, especially when used with big brake kits or when driven hard. And when worn out, performance suffers. Our monoball sits in a CNC machined aluminum housing which has zero deflection. The monoball allows complete freedom of movement but only at the desired angles. What you get is superior steering precision, better handling from more consistent alignment, and almost infinite bushing life. And thanks to the inner liner and sealed rubber boots there's none of the extra noise or reduced service life of fully solid race bushings.

    The lower M3 control arm bushings use a similar sealed monoball bushing instead of rubber. This package gives you monoball precision and performance with OE-quality components.

    Fine-tuning your coilover damping shouldn’t mean stripping out your rear seats or interior panels. On many applications, rear shock adjusters are hidden behind carpet, trim, or seatbacks, making quick adjustments a hassle.

    The ECS Rear Damping Extension Kit solves that problem with a clean and functional solution. These flexible extensions relocate the adjustment knobs to an easily accessible point above the rear shock towers, letting you dial in your suspension from inside the cabin, no disassembly required.

    Installation is straightforward: simply drill a small access hole in your interior trim and route the extension cables through. The adjustment knobs can be removed to allow the line to pass through smaller openings, minimizing cutting. For proper installation, be sure to fully loosen the set screw, insert the cable, then securely tighten it using the provided Allen key.

    The stock Genuine BMW rear toe links (33322406290) are great for standard daily driving and occasional spirited driving, but they tend to fall flat on the track due to the soft rubber bushings causing excess deflection, creating undesirable handling characteristics, not to mention insufficient adjustability. Turner's new Performance Rear Toe Links increase stability and response by eliminating bushing deflection while providing an increased range of rear toe adjustment, necessary for lowered cars or for performance alignments. Even small changes to ride height and camber will effect toe settings, and the wide range of adjustment allows you to maximize grip on a track car and extend tire life on a street car. The factory rear toe arms utilize an eccentric bolt and washer for adjustment and lack precision and range. These toe links feature gun drilled 2024 Aluminum center links, clamps, and clevises, along with a 360-degree rotating clamp system. This combination provides superior strength, performance, durability, and ease of adjustment. No annoying jam nuts! A simple 3/16" Allen-key is all that is required to lock down your alignment settings. FK Spherical Rod Ends are utilized to reduce alignment change in the rear suspension under hard cornering, acceleration, and braking. They feature a Teflon liner to provide quiet operation, low friction, smooth articulation, and eliminate bushing deflection under load. The PTFE liner is chemically bonded to the inner diameter of the race, offering a very high load carrying capacity and greatly increased dynamic wear characteristics.     Rubber mounts in any position of a vehicle are usually designed with comfort and longevity in mind leaving performance as a sacrifice. This kind of sacrifice here at Turner just won't do, so we did what we do best and designed a solid monoball mount.

    Our engineering team first wanted to tackle the issue with wear found on rubber mounts. Due to their combination of steel, rubber, and low mounting location, these mounts are a direct target for deterioration and failure. As they are positioned out in the open and exposed to the elements, bonded steel and rubber components inevitably hold moisture, separating as the steel bearing begins to rust. Our solution was to offer a rebuildable mount with a Teflon lined bearing for increased durability, combined with a blue anodized body and melonite coated bushing sleeves for corrosion resistance.

    The performance side of these mounts is primarily found in the articulation allowed by the bearing. Rubber mounts do not allow for proper free damper movement, hindering shock performance. By eliminating the deflection found in factory rubber mounts and allowing full shock articulation, this solid monoball design eliminates slop and maximizes shock efficiency and performance, allowing for more predictable handling on the street or the track - with almost zero added noise, vibration, and harshness.

But a front sway bar only can also have excellent benefits, especially on a street car. Going with a larger front bar will improve steering and handling even at low-moderate speeds. Steering turn-in is faster and gives the car a more direct and responsive feel. Cars with staggered wheel fitments (a narrower front wheel compared to the rear) will especially benefit from this and help the front tire 'bite' into the road. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, ECS Polyurethane Subframe bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, ECS Polyurethane Subframe bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still maintaining enough comfort for the street. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure.

      Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) ECS Polyurethane Subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while making ride quality more responsive, yet still streetable. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden and crack. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushings with full polyurethane this play is eliminated since the subframe is being held in place by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.
