Charge Pipes & Turbo Inlets for BMW 3 Series E92 (2007-2013)

The factory BMW charge pipes are prone to cracking, as they are made from brittle plastic. Here at Turner, we sell several brands of replacement charge pipes that are typically made from cast aluminum. We recommend upgrading to hard charge pipes even on stock forced induction vehicles to avoid cracking - we've seen cracking occur on high mileage cars running stock power just as frequently as we do with high horsepower builds.

If you have owned your BMW for any length of time, you are most likely aware of BMW's less-than-stellar reputation for developing weak plastic hoses and other parts. A great example of this are the N54 turbo inlet pipes. Over time, constant temperature swings cause these plastic pipes/hoses to become brittle. This often leads to cracks, splits, or even complete failure, allowing your turbos to suck in unfiltered air. To prevent this from happening to you, we are proud to present our very own Turner Motorsport N54 Silicone Turbo Inlet Hoses! Silicone inlet hoses are extremely reliable, resisting heat and pressure significantly better than plastic. This is perfect people who are just looking for a simple, reliable upgrade, or people who want to push the limits of their BMW and are looking to make more boost and more power without worrying about failing inlets. Available in two sizes, our kits can support either stock (44mm) or upgraded (50mm) turbos and include adapters to reconnect your turbo bypass pipes. If you plan to upgrade your charge pipes, replace the stock diverter valves with aftermarket atmospheric blow-off-valves, or want to convert your BMW to a catch can system, we also recommend the optionally available Turner Motorsport N54 Inlet Hose Plug Kit. This kit blocks off the turbo bypass pipe connections and PCV connections that will no longer be needed.

MMX's high-flow charge pipe kit includes everything needed to improve the performance, reliability, and aesthetics of your N55-powered E8x/E9x. Smooth bore pipework improves airflow over stock and due to reducing deformation of the hoses under load or vacuum, the MMR charge pipes also improve throttle response and power output. Increased boost pressure can cause the stock pipework to split or crack and cause drivability issues. MMR's charge pipes are made of lightweight aluminum which fit right in place of OEM charge pipes. Includes a 1/8” bung for easy addition of either methanol or water injection. Features: Replacement high-flow aluminum charge pipe with CNC leak-free connection Silicone coupler hose and two stub hoses Replacement c-clip Jubilee clips o-ring

This alloy hard pipe fits to the throttle body and incorporates our high flow Blow off valve. This new valve fresh from our R&D department is the largest displacement valve that Forge have ever made ! Featuring a 50mm (2”) aluminium piston so that there are no issues with split diaphragms, we have not found the power handling limits of this valve yet ! The piston uses heat stabilised viton o-rings and high temperature Mobil 1 grease to ensure a long life with minimal wear and very long service intervals.

All parts are included in the kit, for your installation, along with comprehensive instructions.
