BMW Intake Parts for BMW 3 Series E92 (2007-2013)

Vargas Turbo has you covered when you are installing a custom turbo setup. With all of the adapters you need and all the valves necessary, the only real limiting factor is your imagination!

The VTT PCV Flapper delete is used to get rid of the factory flapper, and add a -10 fitting on N54 powered vehicles. This will allow you to run a single or dual external catch can, or your own custom set up.

This fitting is made from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum anodized black and comes with O-ring, and a stainless steel holding clip.

Product Development:

The Turner S65 Intake System undergoes rigorous development, including FARO laser scanning, 3D CAD modeling, in-house prototyping, and extensive testing on a Mustang AWD 500 SE dyno and Superflow SF-750 Flowbench.

In addition to the weak stock chargepipe, the factory N54 diverter valves can also be a source for boost leaks. The diverter valve takes overboost and re-directs it back through the intake and turbos instead of allowing it to pass into the intake manifold. It's the same as a blow off valve (BOV) but instead of releasing into the engine bay, it stays contained to the engine. The stock diverter valves (DV) are plastic and connect with more plastic into the chargepipe and turbo inlet pipes. The plastic can become brittle and crack even on stock engines and leak boost, which leads to a loss in power and performance.

Turbosmart has developed two kits to replace and upgrade the stock diverter valves - a direct replacement kit (shown) and a combination DV/BOV "Dual Port" kit. This direct replacement kit includes new high-performance DV and stronger silicone hose to connect them to the turbo inlet pipes (Vargas silicone inlets are recommended). The Turbosmart Kompact DV will give you all of the strength and reliability you need to take your turbo build to the next level.

The amount of boost released into the air is determined by an internal spring in the Dual Port unit (additional springs are also available). This allows you to custom tailor how much boost and BOV "whoosh" you hear. In addition to the DV/BOV combo, stronger silicone hose is included to connect them to the turbo inlet pipes (Vargas silicone inlets are recommended). The Turbosmart Kompact Dual Port will give you all of the strength and reliability you need to take your turbo build to the next level.

This system completely does away with the restrictive, and muli-connection stock charge pipe system, and replaces it with a single 6-ply, Heat Resistant, Wire reinforced silicone charge pipe rated at over 200 psi.  They are molded for the perfect fit in your engine bay, while not sacrificing anything in the way of flow or size. N54 Chargepipe and BOV Kit:

All of the tuning in the world is only as good as the weakest link. More boost in your 135/335 is great! But you will soon learn that some of the factory hardware is not up to the task of handling that extra pressure. One of the first things to fail and cause a boost leak are the factory boost diverter valves. This allows boost to "leak" out of the intake stream and a loss of power from the engine. This ECS Tuning chargepipe upgrade includes a blow-off valve in place of the factory diverter valves. The BOV is higher quality than the diverter valves and will exit intake air to the outside instead of putting it back through the turbo system (which will reduce strain on the turbos). This aluminum chargepipe is also much more robust than the stock plastic factory pipe and the connection to the throttle body is stronger, eliminating another failure point of the stock pipe.

Built-in 1/8" NPT ports allow you to run an additional methanol injection kit (bungs included if you don't want use the ports).
