Solid rear subframe bushings for all E90 M3 & E92 M3, suggested for track/racing use only. Designed and manufactured by TMS using knowledge from many years of successful professional racing in Grand-Am Sports Car Challenge, SCCA Speed World Challenge, BMW Club, and SCCA club racing.

A BMW's rear subframe is the heart of the suspension. When the subframe moves, so do all the suspension mounting points. Replacing the stock rubber bushings with solid ones limits both drivetrain and suspension movement, eliminating the unwanted movement and keeping your BMW's setup the way it should be. These solid mounts will also help prevent the subframe from tearing out of the chassis on your E90/E92 3 series. We spend lots of extra time machining each TMS subframe mount to keep your car as light as possible. CNC machined from high grade billet aluminum for precision and quality. These solid aluminum subframe bushings are for racing applications only, and can be used on all E90 M3 & E92 M3.

BMW’s are known to have failure prone front thrust arm bushings.  The flexible rubber bushings, even those found in M performance models, allow significant movement of the front wheels to maximize daily driving comfort, but also allow considerable alignment change.  This results in a disconnected and numb road feel, standing between you and a confidence inspiring driving experience.  Eventually the fluid filled rubber bushings fatigue and crack due to continual deflection and ozone degradation, and eventually the damping fluid leaks out resulting in complete failure. 

For the enthusiast looking for superior performance and longevity with a crisp, confidence-inspiring driving experience, our sealed ball joint monoballs are the best solution available!  Our experience with spherical front control arm ball joints go back to those we designed and used in our IMSA E90 328i and E92 M3 racecars (GS class Champions in 2011).  We wanted to offer E31, E32, E34, E38, E39, E53, E60, E63, E64, and E83 owners similar levels of handling precision and control for the track and street. 

The bearing housing is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 anodized aluminum and features a knurled OD to ensure a perfect press fit, and utilize a sealed OEM BMW ball joint for exceptional quality and durability, making them completely at home on both the street and track with no compromise.  We have done extensive street, autocross, and track testing to ensure the ball joint used in this bushing design excels in each setting.  The advantage of a sealed ball joint is that it eliminates all unwanted deflection while still allowing complete bind-free movement throughout suspension travel, resulting in exceptional control of wheel alignment.  What you get is superior steering precision, turn-in response, direct braking feedback, and better handling.

We offer these thrust arms with the monoball bushings pre-installed for your convenience. One of the tricks for getting your BMW to handle better is to add negative camber to the front wheels. This will put more of the tire's width in contact with the ground during cornering. With more rubber there is more grip. BMWs typically have less camber in the front to create understeer. But if you're running a stock setup on the track or autocross you are giving up speed and time as the front tires run out of grip sooner than they should.

Our E90 E92 E93 fixed camber plates are designed from the knowledge we gained from our highly successful racing campaigns with the E46 in the Speed World Challenge series. Our camber plates are offset for the best camber and caster combination for racing purposes when using the stock-diameter sized springs. Camber increases to -2.5° depending on your individual suspension setup, while only increasing ride height by 6mm. The rate of camber change is virtually unaffected throughout the range of suspension travel, reducing the need for other geometry correction. Fixed mount camber plates are legal in many racing and autocross classes - these are the perfect camber solution when adjustable plates are not allowed in your class.

These are very simple to install, requiring only pressing out locator dowels and studs in your factory strut mounts. See below for detailed instructions.

A BMWs sub-frame is the heart of the suspension - as the subframe twists and shifts under load all of the suspension mounting points also move. The rear suspension feels loose and lacks precision. As rubber or hydroelastic bushings wear the bushing deflection gets worse. If you have a highly tuned 335i/xi you're putting even more strain on weak bushings. The solution is a stiffer and more durable material. Even BMW has moved to solid mounts on the F10 M5 and F8X M3/M4. These fully solid E82/E90/E92 aluminum mounts have zero deflection - the subframe does not move at all. The rest of the suspension can work as designed and maintain the proper alignment and motion ratios. The driver will notice the difference as the car is more stable and the handling is more precise.

Although we designed these for use in our racecars, they can work on the street so long as the driver can tolerate some additional noise, vibration, and harshness. These mounts are CNC machined in the USA and made with high-grade aluminum. The set is for all four subframe mounts.

Our renowned TMS adjustable front sway bar / swaybar links for BMWs are now available in custom lengths, making them easy to order for any aftermarket or custom suspension setups. Simply measure for your ideal link length, and order the links with the best length range (below). Each sway bar link has a 10mm diameter mounting pin/stud, which is the typical factory/stock size for a universal fitment. These are sold by the pair, and each set includes two matching sway bar end links.

These end links offer the quiet operation and long life of "stock" BMW end links, but with the strength and adjustability of rod-end style sway bar links. These sway bar links can be used on a wide variety of BMWs and aftermarket BMW suspensions. When measuring, please consider that the length ranges of our Custom Adjustable end links are measured from the center to center on the end link mounting stud / pin, as shown in our diagram.

Note for E9X M3: the unique mounting on the M3 strut requires a set of our adapter seats (#TSU9912AF9). You can add them with your links from the menu below.

Made in the USA Help preserve the structural integrity of your BMW E82 1-series, or E90, E91, E92, or E93 3-series with these weld-in strut tower reinforcement plates. Deformation of the front upper strut tower has been common problem, especially in race-prepped cars, cars with lowered suspensions, any car that sees track use, or BMWs driven on rough roads. The strut tower deforms from suspension bottoming out, forces generated by the spring/shock assembly, and that forced concentrated in a relatively small area on the strut tower. The strut tower will exhibit deforming by cracking (especially around the stud holes), or "mushrooming" where the tower takes on a dome-shaped top instead of being flat. By thickening the sheetmetal material of the tower, you are making it stronger and more robust to prevent deformation. While the E82 and E9x cars are newer and better made than the previous E36 and E46 cars, any suspension modification or track use will make the new cars more susceptible to this problem.

These are mounted on the underside of the strut tower and need to be welded into place.

We set out to design the ultimate performance spherical monoball rear upper shock mount, and we believe we have exactly that. Our monoball rear upper shock mounts eliminate any unwanted deflection, maximizing shock efficiency and performance - this means full body shock body articulation, reducing side loading and improving shock wear. Our Turner Motorsport rear upper shock mounts also offer flexibility in shock position - our kit enables you to either raise your shock position by 7.5mm or lower it by 4.5mm. For those wanting to move away from EDC for aftermarket suspension systems or coilover setups, the EDC monitoring can be a bit obtrusive as this type of monitoring is no longer required – resulting in numerous error messages thinking the system has malfunctioned. This EDC Emulation Module installs in less than 15 minutes and will fully emulate a fully active EDC environment when activated. Module can be activated/deactivated by via the integrated mini USB port within the module housing.

    M3 upper and lower control arms are a known upgrade for non-M E82 and E9X chassis. But our Monoball Thurst Arms are even more of an upgrade over the stock M3 arms. This package bundles the Turner Monoball upper thrust arms with the stock M3 lower control arms. If there's one big fail point in the E82/E9X front suspension it's the thrust arms. The front inner thrust arm bushing is filled with dampening fluid that leaks over time. Once it's gone the bushing has the strength of a rubber band. Even though we sell two types of upgraded rubber bushings there was still room for improvement. For someone looking for superior performance and longevity these sealed monoball bushings are the best out there. 

    The advantage of a monoball bearing is that it will not deflect under load. All of the rubber bushings, including the M3, move in all sorts of directions and that changes your alignment, especially when used with big brake kits or when driven hard. And when worn out, performance suffers. Our monoball sits in a CNC machined aluminum housing which has zero deflection. The monoball allows complete freedom of movement but only at the desired angles. What you get is superior steering precision, better handling from more consistent alignment, and almost infinite bushing life. And thanks to the inner liner and sealed rubber boots there's none of the extra noise or reduced service life of fully solid race bushings.

    The lower M3 control arm bushings use a similar sealed monoball bushing instead of rubber. This package gives you monoball precision and performance with OE-quality components.

    Rubber mounts in any position of a vehicle are usually designed with comfort and longevity in mind leaving performance as a sacrifice. This kind of sacrifice here at Turner just won't do, so we did what we do best and designed a solid monoball mount.

    Our engineering team first wanted to tackle the issue with wear found on rubber mounts. Due to their combination of steel, rubber, and low mounting location, these mounts are a direct target for deterioration and failure. As they are positioned out in the open and exposed to the elements, bonded steel and rubber components inevitably hold moisture, separating as the steel bearing begins to rust. Our solution was to offer a rebuildable mount with a Teflon lined bearing for increased durability, combined with a blue anodized body and melonite coated bushing sleeves for corrosion resistance.

    The performance side of these mounts is primarily found in the articulation allowed by the bearing. Rubber mounts do not allow for proper free damper movement, hindering shock performance. By eliminating the deflection found in factory rubber mounts and allowing full shock articulation, this solid monoball design eliminates slop and maximizes shock efficiency and performance, allowing for more predictable handling on the street or the track - with almost zero added noise, vibration, and harshness.

    These sway bar links are offered in many different lengths which is perfect for an E90 E92 M3 running coil overs and needs to have the pre-load eliminated from the front sway bar. The M3 front strut is different than other E9X models. It has a concave depression on the tab for the sway bar link which makes every other aftermarket or adjustable link impossible to use. Our set of links includes a convex seat adapter piece that most other custom sway bar links do not have.

    Custom lengths are sometimes needed because of ride height differences or if the sway bar link mounting point has been moved. Simply measure for your ideal link length, and order the links with the best length range (below). Each sway bar link has a 10mm diameter mounting pin/stud, which is the typical factory/stock size for a universal fitment. These are sold by the pair, and each set includes two matching sway bar end links.

    These end links offer the quiet operation and long life of standard BMW end links, but with the strength and adjustability of rod-end style sway bar links. These sway bar links can be used on a wide variety of BMWs and aftermarket BMW suspensions. When measuring, please consider that the length ranges of our Custom Adjustable end links are measured from the center to center on the stud / pin, as shown in our diagram.

The shock mounts locate the front struts and rear shocks to the car - providing a quiet and vibration-free buffer between the road and the cabin.     These M3 rear upper link arms are an upgrade for the non-M cars. The stock non-M arms are made from sheetmetal and tends to flex and bend under even moderate cornering loads. Factor in gripper tires and more torque and this arm is inadequate for stability and consistent handling. The M3 arms are one piece of aluminum offering greater strength and with a sealed monoball inner bushing that allows the arm to rotate (instead of twisting).

    Made in the USAIf you're installing racing rear shocks with a spherical bearing end you will need this adapter mount for the top of the rear shock. Spherical or rod-end bearings are common on race shocks but they are somewhat universal and mounts are not usually included. We designed and engineered these mounts for our E9X M3 and E90 328i IMSA/CTSCC racecars. Our cacing upper shock mount is machined out of aircraft grade aluminum with a tough anodize finish and high grade hardware. Due to the wide variety of spherical bearings and rod-ends found on race shocks, the bushing kit is sold seperately (see chart for bushing sizes).
