The factory BMW S65 dual-mass flywheel is engineered with comfort in mind, catering to the luxury-oriented expectations of the brand’s driving experience. Its design focuses on dampening drivetrain vibrations, smoothing out gear transitions, and minimizing harshness during operation. However, this refinement costs valuable performance. The dual-mass flywheel adds a substantial 27 lbs of rotational mass to the drivetrain, which significantly hinders throttle response and makes rev-matching feel sluggish and disconnected. Moreover, dual-mass flywheels are notorious for being a weak link in modified or high-performance builds and can prove costly to replace when they inevitably fail.

Our Single-Mass Lightweight Flywheel Conversion addresses all of these shortcomings with a purpose-built, lightweight, single-mass design that prioritizes performance. These aluminum pedals were designed with one thing in mind -- performance. We wanted a pedal set that gave us the grip EXACTLY where we wanted it: MASSIVE GRIP on the brake and clutch pedals, and far less grip on the accelerator to allow the right foot to better slide/move during heal-toe braking. This set surpasses all others in this area, giving your BMW's foot operated controls a more tactile feel and response. The brake and clutch pedals feature pyramid shaped spikes, which actually BITE the soles of your shoes PERFECTLY, creating the ultimate (and unbeatable) friction surface.

These pedals are 100% MADE IN THE USA, and are CNC machined from aircraft quality aluminum billet to perfectly fit your BMW. There's no rubber to wear out, and no cosmetic finishes to chip or flake off. Stainless steel hardware is included, as well as a basic installation guide (professional installation always recommended). These pedals are for left-hand drive (LHD), manual transmission BMWs only (including SMG and DCT sequential manual gearboxes -- on these cars, you will only use one of the included clutch/brake sized pedals).

Rubber mounts in any position of a vehicle are usually designed with comfort and longevity in mind leaving performance as a sacrifice. This kind of sacrifice here at Turner just won't do, so we did what we do best and designed a solid monoball mount.

Our engineering team first wanted to tackle the issue with wear found on rubber mounts. Due to their combination of steel, rubber, and low mounting location, these mounts are a direct target for deterioration and failure. As they are positioned out in the open and exposed to the elements, bonded steel and rubber components inevitably hold moisture, separating as the steel bearing begins to rust. Our solution was to offer a rebuildable mount with a Teflon lined bearing for increased durability, combined with a blue anodized body and melonite coated bushing sleeves for corrosion resistance.

The performance side of these mounts is primarily found in the articulation allowed by the bearing. Rubber mounts do not allow for proper free damper movement, hindering shock performance. By eliminating the deflection found in factory rubber mounts and allowing full shock articulation, this solid monoball design eliminates slop and maximizes shock efficiency and performance, allowing for more predictable handling on the street or the track - with almost zero added noise, vibration, and harshness.

Full carbon fiber intake to increase flow, performance and aesthetics! Dual inlet design for maximized air flow while retaining the OEM+ fitment.

The most common N55 intake utilizes a short plastic tube and oversized cone filter; it is your job to have better taste than the common N55 owner. This carbon intake changes the whole image of the N55 engine while maintaining a flow of cool air and added induction noise. With a dual inlet design the engine bay retains its functionality while adding a second inlet to provide your engine with improved air flow and sound. To ensure the engine gets the coolest air possible the second inlet is located in the "sweet spot" on the cold side of the engine for the lowest intake air temps and most air flow possible. The cone filter features a bellmouth velocity stack filter that creates the satisfying flutter after letting of the throttle.

Our Turner Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Engineers use the 3D imaging of the chassis to design the intake in SolidWorks modeling software. Using a Flow Bench, the Intake is then airflow tested against the factory intake, to ensure optimal airflow improvement against stock. The final product is a beautiful and functional Carbon Fiber Intake, CAD designed for perfect integration with the OEM inlet ducting and stock mounting locations and proven to flow better than factory.

Built to last, made from a single piece of 6061 billet aluminum with a rugged and good-looking hard-coat anodizing the Turner diff cover can handle anything you throw at it. Not only is it an absolute masterpiece, but this billet diff cover checks all the boxes for features needed. Reinforced mounting ear for strength and stability. The mounting ear is unified with the one-piece billet cover and features added material for the highest durability possible. This diff cover is cool, literally, the entire construction was designed with optimized cooling in mind. External fins are strategically placed on the rear face, bottom, and between the mounting ears of the cover, serving as effective heat sinks for optimal heat dissipation. This ensures stable temperatures, promoting longevity for both the fluid and your differential. Additionally, the internal design ensures continuous oiling and lubrication of the ring gear, maintaining its stability and preventing fatigue by controlling heat more effectively. An internal baffle at the cover's corner helps maintain proper pressure and prevents cavitation.

All of the OEM features were retained along with the upgrades. The drain and fill plugs on the diff cover are upgraded to -6AN using the provided high-pressure fittings with replaceable o-rings. The drain and fill plugs can now be used for an external oil cooler allowing you to further expand the fluid capacity for optimized cooling and service intervals. To keep an eye on things from the driver seat is 1/8 NPT provision for temp sensors, this product from Turner has you covered at every turn.

Upgrading to our Turner Billet Differential cover gives you the strength you need to push your car to its limits without worrying about snapping a diff mount from clutch kicking or other shocks to the drivetrain. In addition to its enhanced strength, this differential cover includes numerous other upgrades and conveniences. These include improved cooling and lubrication for the ring gear, upgraded fill and drain plugs, and the option to expand an external oil cooler for extreme motorsport usage. Designed to complement both upgraded daily drivers and extensively modified track cars, it also offers a visually appealing design.

At Turner, all our Carbon Fiber Intake Systems are top-of-the-line custom-engineered products that we develop in house. Our Turner S65 Carbon Intake is a monster that perfectly compliments the high revving 4.0l V8 engine. Add in a full carbon plenum and you have a recipe for greatness! The intake benefits start right at the motor; the plenum offers a larger interior volume and full carbon design which helps boast the intoxicating roar. Directly connected to the plenum is a full carbon intake tube with a substantially larger cross sectional area with smooth transitions which results in more airflow available to the engine in high demand scenarios. The inlet tube mounts securely to the full carbon heat shield and is mounted in factory airbox locations while retaining the factory cold air induction tract from the hood. Housed inside the heat shield is a behemoth cone filter to ensure proper filtration and maximize airflow. Turner's S65 intake and plenum is designed with air flow and induction in mind. The intake flows like no other; during testing, the Turner intake outperformed the flow-bench at over 750CFM, a massive improvement over the factory intake.

Our engineers took it upon themselves to design a prettier, cost effective Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum for S65 owners to compliment our E9x Carbon Fiber Intake System while retaining OEM features. Our S65 Carbon Intake Plenum is no different. Our Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Our Engineers use these 3D images of the chassis to design the intake plenum in SolidWorks modeling software. Using a Flow Bench, the Intake Plenum is then airflow tested against the factory intake, to ensure optimal airflow improvement against stock. Our E9X M3 S65 Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum is made from 100% high grade prepreg 2x2 twill weave carbon including the internal trumpets, this plenum replaces the OEM plastic plenum allowing the naturally aspirated BMW V8 engine to generate more inductions sounds taking the driving experience of the M3 to a whole new level. The raw V8 rumble gives the M3 an almost CSL like sound and is truly an intoxicating experience. We went through several iterations using different carbon thicknesses to fine tune the sound and the resulting plenum generates an almost unbelievable induction volume and tone.

Our Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum can be used with the OEM airbox or any aftermarket intake system. Paired with our E9X M3 intake system, you're sure to upgrade the look and sound of your S65 engine.
