The H&R Street Performance Coil Over kit takes the traditional shock/spring package one step further. H&R combines their progressive-rate springs with specially valved shocks and adds height adjusters that let you set the ride height to your own personal tastes. These coil overs are designed for street use with progressive rate springs that start out soft and stiffen as they are compressed. This helps to keep the ride compliant while still giving better handling and balance.

H&R designs each suspension to work as a coil over. This means that the correct amount of travel has been built into each shock. And the shocks are valved specifically for the spring rates to give a tight and controlled ride without being harsh or ultra-stiff. Each H&R coil over is TUV tested and approved and meets ISO quality standards. These are used with the stock strut and shock mounts for a quick and easy install.

H&R suspension components are synonymous with quality. Since the inception of H&R in the late 1970s, they have been making some of the highest quality suspension components available. With a need for an improved suspension in the automotive aftermarket, H&R essentially created the modern-day coilover that we are all used to. Not only concentrated on “stance,” H&R considered high quality materials and ride comfort extremely important. Bring some of that German engineering to your vehicle with a set of H&R Premium Performance coilovers. Enjoy all of the features of the Street Performance coilover system with one major difference; aluminum front struts. These aluminum bodies reduce weight 30-40% over stock struts. Black anodized for corrosion resistance, strength and beauty. With the adjustability of ride height, the fully threaded, custom valved suspension system will offer high performance with superb ride comfort and handling. Progressive rate springs both front and rear assure that no matter what height you have your vehicle set at, your ride will be great. By lowering the vehicle's center of gravity, less body roll will be experienced during hard cornering with a more balanced vehicle weight. H&R has dedicated almost four decades to the suspension industry and it definitely shines through in the end product. Their teams of engineers and designers have consistently produced products obtaining the coveted TUV & ISO certification for safety and quality. 100% German made, the line of H&R coilovers is the original aftermarket suspension, but still one of the best.

Differential bushings are responsible for keeping the differential in solid alignment while dampening drivetrain vibration. While OE rubber bushings are fine when they are new from the factory, aged and worn out rubber bushings create a multitude of issues that can range from annoying to dangerous. As a factory bushing ages, it begins to harden and become brittle. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow for movement at the differential mounting point. At this point, the differential is free to shift under load causing a noticeable clunking noise under acceleration and deceleration and massively increasing the stress on the driveshaft and axles. Manual transmissions suffer the worst from this as it can make shifting difficult since the differential will shift when the clutch is engaged and disengaged.

By replacing these bushings with full polyurethane, the movement is eliminated since the mounting point is supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. This means less stress on the driveshaft and axles and greater longevity of supporting components.

Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane differential bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved acceleration response, more direct shifting feel and overall improved drivetrain composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings.

Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle. A full lifetime warranty backs every one of their products and demonstrates the level of confidence and commitment Powerflex has to their customers.

Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This in turn reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are designed with comfort in mind, allowing the sway bar to articulate while permitting additional movement, leading to less-than-ideal bar retention and causes unnecessary body roll.

Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and keeping sway bars in check. Polyurethane bushings won't slop around like OEM bushings, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.

Direct from Germany, H&R Springs are the highest quality sport springs available. This spring set will help firm up what many consider to be a fairly "soft" stock suspension (at least for a BMW "M" car). They will also make a subtle and noticeable visual improvement to the E90/E92 M3's stance, reducing the perceived fender gap of the stock ride height. This spring kit fits all 2008 and newer E90 sedan and E92 M3 coupe, with AND without electronic dampening control (EDC).

Turner Motorsport E90 M3 with H&R Sport Springs We've installed these on our own 2008 M3 sedan project car (the white car pictured) and love the way these spring feel. They transform the handling into more of what (we feel) an M car should feel like -- sharp cornering with only a small sacrifice in ride quality. The ride is still very compliant and well suited for city streets, keeping the ride quality very close to the stock ride comfort even with 20" wheels! Now that's a well engineered set of springs!

These bushings replace the stock rubber bushings and offer a better driving feel, increased lifespan, and better wheel alignment.

Rubber bushing allow for a lot more movement and are more susceptible to wear and tear from spirited driving and harsh weather conditions. Polyurethane is much more resistant to wear and is stiffer, reducing the total amount of movement that would normally affect the alignment negatively.

Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushings with full polyurethane this play is eliminated since the subframe is being held in place by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Need bushings for a dedicated track car? Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

Raises front of the rear subframe giving additional anti-squat similar to the M range. For standard subframe location use PFR5-420. Control arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle. Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. As a factory bushing ages, it becomes brittle and begins to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play in the suspension joint. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushing with a full polyurethane unit or using a bushing insert, this play is eliminated since the suspension joint is being supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved acceleration response, more direct shifting feel and overall improved drivetrain composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings.

Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This, in turn, reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence.

*NOTE: ONLY FOR CARS WITH TRUE REAR COIL OVER CONVERSION - NOT COMPATIBLE WITH STOCK REAR SPRINGS* Fall-Line Motorsports has taken everything they've learned in manufacturing over the last decade to create an ultra-high-end interpretation of the G8X / F8X M2 M3 M4 and E9X M3 lower camber arm. Fall-Line's bespoke version discards the deformation-prone stamped steel arm that includes a provision for the rear coil spring in favor of 5-axis CNC machined, billet aluminum that eliminates the rear coil mount. This pair has been gorgeously crafted and pocketed (to save weight without compromising rigidity) and is hard coat black anodized for ultimate resistance to wear. So too has the hardware been given an upgrade—10.9 grade corrosion-resistant extended bolts are included to replace the inferior factory pieces. These arms represent another exciting entry into the often neglected F8X / E9X suspension arm market and add valuable peace of mind for street or motorsport duty from the undisputed champion within the BMW realm. Product Details: For all G8X, F8X, and E9X M3 cars using TRUE Rear Coil Over Conversion ONLY DMG Mori 5-Axis CNC machined, billet aluminum construction Hard coat black anodized Includes Camber Shim Set Sold in pairs

Fall Line’s mono ball spherical bearing conversion kit transforms the front steering and suspension feel of the M3. The factory rubber bushing is very large, and is prone to substantial deflection under load, as the M3 is put through its paces. Deflection of the bushing can create unwanted geometry change, steering wobble under braking, and even hysteresis of the thrust arm. The bearing’s housing is precision machine from aluminum, to create a rigid part that allows for the M3’s thrust arm to move smoothly through its range of suspension travel. The improvement in steering and suspension feel is immediate and truly enhances the personality of the M3. *V2 improved design also incorporates hard coat clear anodized finish*

Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

Adjustable sway bar end links are an absolutely critical component for anyone who is serious about extracting the best possible handling from their M car. By varying the length of each link slightly, the alignment technician can ensure that the sway bar is completely unloaded and unstressed at static ride height, giving the car excellent chassis dynamics and truly even corner balance.

Enhance the look of your BMW E92 328i coupe with a reduced fender well gap. H&R Sport Springs lower the vehicle center of gravity and reduce body roll for better handling. The progressive spring rate design provides superb ride quality and comfort. A lower wind resistance signature will make the vehicle more streamlined and improve gas mileage. If you are only looking to improve one part of your vehicle’s suspension, you cannot go wrong with installing Sport Springs. Fun to drive, H&R Sport Springs are the number one upgrade for your vehicle.

We recommend installing Bilstein Sport shocks with these lowering springs. Not for AWD models.
