Differential bushings are responsible for keeping the differential in solid alignment while dampening drivetrain vibration. While OE rubber bushings are fine when they are new from the factory, aged and worn out rubber bushings create a multitude of issues that can range from annoying to dangerous. As a factory bushing ages, it begins to harden and become brittle. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow for movement at the differential mounting point. At this point, the differential is free to shift under load causing a noticeable clunking noise under acceleration and deceleration and massively increasing the stress on the driveshaft and axles. Manual transmissions suffer the worst from this as it can make shifting difficult since the differential will shift when the clutch is engaged and disengaged.

By replacing these bushings with full polyurethane, the movement is eliminated since the mounting point is supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. This means less stress on the driveshaft and axles and greater longevity of supporting components.

Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane differential bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved acceleration response, more direct shifting feel and overall improved drivetrain composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings.

Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle. A full lifetime warranty backs every one of their products and demonstrates the level of confidence and commitment Powerflex has to their customers.

Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This in turn reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are designed with comfort in mind, allowing the sway bar to articulate while permitting additional movement, leading to less-than-ideal bar retention and causes unnecessary body roll.

Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and keeping sway bars in check. Polyurethane bushings won't slop around like OEM bushings, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.

While the 1 and 3 Series models are now provided from the factory with a significant range of camber adjustment, the Dinan camber plates shift the range of the adjuster by -0.7 degree, providing for a more aggressive negative camber setting that dramatically improves grip in the turns. Dinan camber plates retain the factory bushings, eliminating negative effects on ride quality or the introduction of annoying noises that are common with adjustable camber plates.

Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushings with full polyurethane this play is eliminated since the subframe is being held in place by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Control arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle. Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. As a factory bushing ages, it becomes brittle and begins to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play in the suspension joint. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushing with a full polyurethane unit or using a bushing insert, this play is eliminated since the suspension joint is being supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Need bushings for a dedicated track car? Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This, in turn, reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence.

Raises front of the rear subframe giving additional anti-squat similar to the M range. For standard subframe location use PFR5-420. *NOTE: ONLY FOR CARS WITH TRUE REAR COIL OVER CONVERSION - NOT COMPATIBLE WITH STOCK REAR SPRINGS* Fall-Line Motorsports has taken everything they've learned in manufacturing over the last decade to create an ultra-high-end interpretation of the G8X / F8X M2 M3 M4 and E9X M3 lower camber arm. Fall-Line's bespoke version discards the deformation-prone stamped steel arm that includes a provision for the rear coil spring in favor of 5-axis CNC machined, billet aluminum that eliminates the rear coil mount. This pair has been gorgeously crafted and pocketed (to save weight without compromising rigidity) and is hard coat black anodized for ultimate resistance to wear. So too has the hardware been given an upgrade—10.9 grade corrosion-resistant extended bolts are included to replace the inferior factory pieces. These arms represent another exciting entry into the often neglected F8X / E9X suspension arm market and add valuable peace of mind for street or motorsport duty from the undisputed champion within the BMW realm. Product Details: For all G8X, F8X, and E9X M3 cars using TRUE Rear Coil Over Conversion ONLY DMG Mori 5-Axis CNC machined, billet aluminum construction Hard coat black anodized Includes Camber Shim Set Sold in pairs

For BMW E9X 3 Series and X1 xDrive owners seeking to optimize their vehicle's performance, the 26.5mm Front Sway Bar Mounting Bushings emerge as a valuable enhancement. In this article, we delve into the multiple advantages of incorporating these bushings, which promise to elevate your driving experience to the next level. Enhanced Stability and Control: The BMW E9X 3 Series and X1 xDrive already boast impressive handling, but the installation of 26.5mm Front Sway Bar Mounting Bushings significantly enhances stability and control. By minimizing body roll during turns, these bushings deliver confidence and responsiveness when navigating sharp corners and bends. Precision in Cornering: These sway bar mounting bushings are prized for their ability to fine-tune your vehicle's cornering performance. With their 26.5mm diameter, they provide increased rigidity, resulting in more precise and controlled cornering. Whether you're tackling serpentine mountain roads or pushing your car on the racetrack, you'll enjoy heightened grip and command. Mitigation of Understeer: Understeer, a common challenge for many vehicles, occurs when the front tires lose traction during a turn. The 26.5mm Front Sway Bar Mounting Bushings address this issue by redistributing the load evenly between the front and rear tires. This optimization leads to better balance and control, ensuring that your BMW responds precisely to your commands. Longevity and Robustness: Constructed from high-quality materials, these bushings are built to withstand the demands of daily driving and spirited performance. By minimizing wear and tear on your suspension components, they contribute to the extended lifespan of your BMW's sway bar system and related parts. Fall Line’s mono ball spherical bearing conversion kit transforms the front steering and suspension feel of the M3. The factory rubber bushing is very large, and is prone to substantial deflection under load, as the M3 is put through its paces. Deflection of the bushing can create unwanted geometry change, steering wobble under braking, and even hysteresis of the thrust arm. The bearing’s housing is precision machine from aluminum, to create a rigid part that allows for the M3’s thrust arm to move smoothly through its range of suspension travel. The improvement in steering and suspension feel is immediate and truly enhances the personality of the M3. *V2 improved design also incorporates hard coat clear anodized finish*

Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. Here’s an in-depth description of these bushings: Durable Polyurethane Material: Constructed from high-quality polyurethane, these bushings are far more resistant to wear and environmental factors like oil, heat, and road debris compared to traditional rubber bushings. This ensures long-lasting performance and reduced maintenance over time. Perfect Fit for 26.5mm Sway Bar: Specifically designed for vehicles with a 26.5mm sway bar diameter, these bushings provide a precise fit, allowing for optimal sway bar performance. The snug fit prevents excessive movement of the sway bar, leading to better control and stability during driving. Enhanced Handling and Body Control: By stiffening the connection between the sway bar and the vehicle’s chassis, these bushings help reduce body roll and improve handling. Drivers will experience sharper, more responsive cornering and a more confident feel during quick direction changes. Improved Steering Response: The stiffer polyurethane material ensures that the sway bar reacts more immediately to steering inputs, reducing the lag and sloppiness that can be caused by worn rubber bushings. This results in more precise and predictable handling, especially during spirited driving or on twisty roads. Resistant to Deformation: Unlike rubber bushings, which can crack, shrink, or soften over time, Powerflex polyurethane bushings are engineered to maintain their shape and performance even after prolonged exposure to stress and environmental conditions. This makes them ideal for both street and performance applications. Balanced Performance and Comfort: Powerflex designs their sway bar bushings to deliver performance gains without overly compromising ride comfort. While firmer than rubber, these bushings are optimized to limit increases in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), making them suitable for both daily driving and more aggressive driving scenarios. Direct OEM Replacement: These bushings are a direct replacement for the front sway bar bushings on the BMW E9X 3 Series and BMW X1 xDrive models, making installation straightforward and hassle-free. No modifications or additional hardware are needed, ensuring a smooth fitment process. Ideal for Performance Upgrades: Whether you’re looking to improve your vehicle’s handling for street driving or track use, these sway bar bushings offer enhanced performance, greater sway bar effectiveness, and increased durability, making them an essential upgrade for enthusiasts. In conclusion, the Powerflex 26.5mm Front Sway Bar Mounting Bushings for the BMW E9X 3 Series and X1 xDrive are an ideal solution for those seeking improved handling, greater durability, and a more connected driving experience. These bushings deliver performance upgrades while maintaining comfort for everyday driving.

Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Need bushings for a dedicated track car? Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

Expect improved acceleration response, more direct shifting feel and overall improved drivetrain composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings.

These poly inserts provide the inherent benefit of stiffness, which translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.
