The BMW E36 E46 E9X Coil Spring Spacer - 50mm - Priced Each is designed to be used with KW/ST coilover systems, providing additional lift to your vehicle beyond the standard coilover adjustments. Each spacer is 50mm thick and is sold individually, with one required per coil.

To reduce the understeering affects of a staggered wheel setup you want a balanced set of sway bars. ECS has configured this anti-roll bar set for E82 1-series and E9X 3-series with a 28mm front bar and a 15mm rear bar. This kit is designed to help reduce the amount of body roll when cornering and enhance response when turning. These anti-roll bars include urethane bushings with a reinforced inner liner that eliminates squeaks and doesn't require lubrication. The bars are powder coated for durability and good looks.

These bars fit in the stock locations using the existing brackets and links. Adjustable links are not required but recommended if the car is lowered or if you have coil overs.

Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. After shocks and springs, sway bars make the biggest change in handling. Larger swaybars will reduce bodyroll and understeer. The car will corner flatter with the tire in better contact with the pavement. New urethane bushings are included.

This is a set of front 28mm and rear 15mm sway bars that are larger than the factory sway bars.

Stay planted in the corners with this 328i and 335i suspension upgrade. The stock suspension does well to deliver comfort and control. But our E92 customers demand more and this H&R and Bilstein package is a step above the stock, delivering less bodyroll, better balance, and improved stance, and without sacrificing ride quality.

H&R Sport springs lower the ride height as much as 1.3" in front and 1.2" in the back and stiffens the spring rate. Both combine to lower the car's center of gravity and reduce the amount of bodyroll in corners. The springs are progressive rate so their initial stiffness is actually very compliant and it becomes stiffer as the spring is compressed. This is great for street cars that see bumps and potholes where suspension compliance is key. Overall, they are about 30% stiffer than the stock original springs. Lowering amount will be less if replacing the factory sport suspension.

We use Bilstein B8 shocks as the dampers and they feature Bilstein's patented and innovative valving system. With this system, small bumps and impacts are absorbed as they should be. But the shocks stiffen for cornering and other suspension motions. It's the best of both worlds as the shock self-adjusts based on suspension motion. Bilstein HD shocks work with these shorter springs because the only change Bilstein makes is a slightly longer shock. These fit with the stock strut and shock mounts, making for an easy and clean install.

The Bilstein B8 Performance Plus Kit includes two front struts and two rear shocks. These shocks are for use with lowered springs such as from H&R or Eibach. We do not recommend that you use them with any factory spring, including factory sport package springs. With the increased damping rates from stock you will have much more control over body motions. These will give a much more buttoned down and taut feeling with lowering springs compared to stock shocks.
