BMW Engine Parts for BMW 3 Series E92 (2007-2013)

BMW S65 4.0L Vanos Covers 7075 provide a robust replacement for the factory plastic covers, which are known to fail over time. These high-performance Vanos covers snap on securely, offering a precise fit to eliminate vibration and prevent chafing of the engagement dogs.

• High-Strength Construction: Machined from premium 7075 aluminum for superior durability and strength.
• Corrosion Resistance: Anodized finish ensures long-lasting protection against corrosion.
• Perfect Fitment: Designed for an exact fit to avoid issues such as vibration and chafing.
• No Timing Tools Required: Easy installation with no need for engine timing tools.

Upgrade your stock oil cooler thermostat for improved performance. Swap your factory 110-degree Celsius thermostat for a new 70-degree Celsius version for faster oil flow and extended temperature control. With oil temperatures reaching 230 degrees Fahrenheit by the time your factory thermostat opens, initiating oil flow at lower temperatures proves more effective than attempting to cool down already elevated temperatures.

Utilizing a factory-style thermostat, this upgrade can be used in all weather conditions and allows your engine to warm up properly, unlike thermostat bypass kits.

Kit contents:

Lower temperature thermostat - 70c (158F) vs Factory 110c (230F)
Low temp thermostat spring

VTT is happy to introduce the first and only available plug and play crankcase breather kits for ALL BMW applications that use the two-prong oil tab style oil fill caps. With this breather simply remove your oil cap, install the breather, and instantly free up horsepower, improve turbo draining, remove crankcase pressure, all while adding a cool look to your engine bay.

Can be used by itself with the stock PCV system to eliminate crankcase pressure, or with any number of PCV setups for the ultimate in crankcase pressure relieve

Made from 6061-T6 Aircraft aluminum anodized black for a long-lasting finish, 4 stainless steel baffles for complete oil control, a PTFE one way check ball, a high-quality filter, and clamp all work together to keep crankcase pressure where it belongs, out of your crankcase.

This breather will fit:
ALL BMW's with the two-prong style oil fill cap including but not limited to N54, N55, S55, S54

NOTE: NOT ALL THE MODELS LISTED HAVE THE SAME HOOD CLEARANCE, WE CANNOT SAY WHICH MODELS WILL HAVE CLEARANCE ISSUES, AND WHICH WILL NOT AS WE HAVE NOT TEST IT ON ALL MODELS. This is an OEM INA Idler Pulley, also known as the roller pulley or deflection pulley. The idler pulley is known to be the primary sources for 'belt squealing'. The pulley is also encased in rubber which will crack over time. If left without service the rubber could fail completely, chucking the belt and leaving you stranded. Replacement is a very simple procedure and can be done anytime the fan is off the engine (belt replacement, water pump service, alternator replacement, etc).
