Unsure of what size spacer will work best for you? This professional kit includes 1mm, 2.5mm, 5mm, 10mm, and 15mm spacers with wheel studs and nuts for you play with. These are not the same spacers that we sell and they cannot be used to drive on. But with the studs installed the car can be lowered to the ground and rolled to check for clearances. These test fit spacers are drilled to fit the standard BMW 5x120 bolt pattern as well as 4-lug 4x100 (and VW/Audi bolt patterns too). You can stack spacers to achieve the perfect clearance. When you're ready call us to order the spacers you need (Turner spacers come in 3mm, 5mm, 7.5mm, 10mm, 12.5mm, 15mm, 17.5mm, 20mm, 25mm, and 30mm spacer thicknesses).

These spacers are not for driving on. They lack the hubcentric lip that BMW wheels are designed to work with. Driving on studs alone will lead to a failure.

The N5X family of engines marked the start of a new era for BMW. The all-new aluminum block powerplants featured a host of technical upgrades, aiding in power output, reliability, and performance. Among these technological advances is an external electronic water pump, which removed load from the engine's accessory drive and allowed for advanced pulse-width-modulated (PWM) control.

From factory, the N52's electronic water pump is limited to a measly 200W output—strong enough for daily driving, but lacking in performance applications. Recognizing this shortcoming, ECS engineers set out to create a high-flow water pump upgrade that doesn't break the bank. Their high-quality adapter wiring harness and bracket allow you to install a 400W N54 water pump without any modification, an effortless, yet effective upgrade that doubles the output of the factory water pump!

By increasing coolant flow capacity, the 400W pump improves heat extraction from the cylinder head and engine block during high-load operation. This added thermal headroom is particularly beneficial for modified engines, sustained aggressive driving, track use, or operation in elevated ambient temperatures where the factory pump can operate near its limits. Improved circulation helps maintain more stable coolant temperatures and reduces the risk of localized hot spots.

All of the tuning in the world is only as good as the weakest link. More boost in your 135/335 is great! But you will soon learn that some of the factory hardware is not up to the task of handling that extra pressure. One of the first things to fail and cause a boost leak are the factory boost diverter valves. This allows boost to "leak" out of the intake stream and a loss of power from the engine. This ECS Tuning chargepipe upgrade includes a blow-off valve in place of the factory diverter valves. The BOV is higher quality than the diverter valves and will exit intake air to the outside instead of putting it back through the turbo system (which will reduce strain on the turbos). This aluminum chargepipe is also much more robust than the stock plastic factory pipe and the connection to the throttle body is stronger, eliminating another failure point of the stock pipe.

Built-in 1/8" NPT ports allow you to run an additional methanol injection kit (bungs included if you don't want use the ports).

To reduce the understeering affects of a staggered wheel setup you want a balanced set of sway bars. ECS has configured this anti-roll bar set for E82 1-series and E9X 3-series with a 28mm front bar and a 15mm rear bar. Strong stopping power - Increased coefficient of friction offers satisfying stopping power when cold (a necessity for a street pad!) and even more G-force-inducing power when they warm up. With cold and warm friction comparable to Hawk HPS (and higher than many other street pads) the stopping experience with the EP24 pad is impressive for street-driven vehicles on streetable tires. Positive initial bite - Race pads have the reputation of acting like an on/off switch, which is a no-go for a pad for a street application. The EP24 offers OE-level initial bite for low-stress braking in stop-and-go situations. Reasonable dust - Race pads utilize a high metallic composition. Pads that use high amounts of metal not only dust terribly, but also will bake onto wheels with high temperatures and are a bear to clean. This is not the case with these performance street pads. Now using these pads on most of our shop cars, we’ve found over time that dust is comparable to factory pads in most applications (with greatly improved braking performance). Quiet braking - It’s not a race pad, so it shouldn’t squeal like one. While not as quiet as our ceramic DD23 pad, you’ll still be able to drive your spouse to dinner. Long life - This should be an obvious one. Even in a performance pad, your daily driver pads should last and last, so that was key in selecting our ideal compound. This compound wears slower and is kinder to rotors than two of the top competitors.
