BMW Engine Parts for BMW 3 Series E92 (2007-2013)

Upgrade your stock oil cooler thermostat for improved performance. Swap your factory 110-degree Celsius thermostat for a new 70-degree Celsius version for faster oil flow and extended temperature control. With oil temperatures reaching 230 degrees Fahrenheit by the time your factory thermostat opens, initiating oil flow at lower temperatures proves more effective than attempting to cool down already elevated temperatures.

Utilizing a factory-style thermostat, this upgrade can be used in all weather conditions and allows your engine to warm up properly, unlike thermostat bypass kits.

If you're experiencing hard starting, flaky charging, or other electrical issues, your engine ground strap may be the culprit. On E9X BMWs, the engine ground strap is a thin, non-insulated cable that spans from the left engine mount arm to the frame horn. Despite the seemingly simple nature of this part, on older cars, it is known to cause massive headaches. Due to its non-insulated design, years of exposure to water, dirt, and road salt will cause the wire to corrode, ultimately leading to complete failure. A break in this cable will cause an open circuit, resulting in issues with the vehicle's electrical system and potentially leading to a no-start condition.

To solve this issue, ECS has engineered an exact-fit, upgraded ground strap for your E9X BMW! Unlike its OEM counterpart, this design features insulated, large-gauge copper wire for dependable conductivity and long-lasting durability. Additionally, factory-style lugs are zinc-coated, crimped, and soldered, ensuring protection against corrosion and oxidation.

Whether you're replacing a visibly corroded strap or proactively preventing failure, this solution from ECS is sure to provide lasting performance and protection.

Ensure your BMW's cooling system stays in top shape with ECS Tuning's Billet Aluminum Radiator Drain Plug. Designed specifically for late-model 1-Series and 3-Series BMWs, this replacement plug addresses the common issue of weak plastic drain plugs. Constant exposure to engine heat and road debris makes the plastic plugs brittle, leading to frustration with broken plugs. ECS Tuning's billet aluminum alternative puts an end to these problems.

• Durable Replacement: Say goodbye to weak plastic drain plugs.
• Enhanced Material: Billet aluminum provides superior strength and longevity.
• Deeper Screw Head: Accommodates Phillips head or flat head screwdrivers for better engagement.
• Reduced Stripping Risk: Minimize the chance of stripping out the screw head.

Don't let cooling system maintenance be a hassle. Order ECS Tuning's Billet Aluminum Radiator Drain Plug now and experience worry-free service.

This is an OEM INA Idler Pulley, also known as the roller pulley or deflection pulley. The idler pulley is known to be the primary sources for 'belt squealing'. The pulley is also encased in rubber which will crack over time. If left without service the rubber could fail completely, chucking the belt and leaving you stranded. Replacement is a very simple procedure and can be done anytime the fan is off the engine (belt replacement, water pump service, alternator replacement, etc).
