The full plug-and-play EKPM3 / EKPM2 cooler kit is designed specifically for E9X BMWs using an EKPM3 or EKPM2 fuel pump control module. This is recommended for anyone using a low-pressure fuel pump that is larger than the OEM fuel pump. Please note that if you have an HW06 + (Slim EKPM3), you must choose the HW06 option, as the pre-HW06 housings will not fit. Installation Tips: https://arcterminator.com/pages/e90-e92-e93-ekp-cooler-install-instructions We recommend using Fuse #8 (2007+ E9X), which is the cigarette lighter fuse to power this. It is a 20 amp fuse, which you will just need to pull out and put it into the empty slot of the fuse holder that comes with the kit. Then you'll need to put that fuse holder into the now empty #8 fuse slot. This ensures that the fan will only turn on when the ignition in the car is turned on. You'll also need trim removal tools, as well as a 10mm socket to remove and re-install the EKP module. We recommend using the stock grounding point that's above the EKP module or the EKP module's mounting points as the ground. The ring terminal with the kit will fit either location. The whole installation should take you between 30 - 45 minutes. The cooler housing is designed to fit over the EKP module just like the OEM housing and fits with plenty of room in the stock EKP location. The housing is 3D printed using durable ASA, ABS, or PETG. The full kit is printed and assembled in the U.S.A. by Arc Terminator LLC. Under certain conditions, the N55 crank hub likes to spin, without warning and even when the engine is in perfect health. The engineers at Vargas saw and dealt with this problem time and again, and they saw fit to do something about it. This hub uses a proprietary "Spline Lock" technology that uses high tolerance machined splines which press into the crank, and positively lock the hub to the crank. The splines are machined in such a way that rotational forces drive the hub, and splines deeper into the crank meaning when the hub encounters a situation that would normally slip a stock hub the splined hub is driven into the crank to keep it in place (much like a splined extractor). Features: Installs the same as a stock hub Does NOT require the crank to be drilled for pins Manufactured from Harndered 17-4SS We suggest the Crank Hub System ONLY be installed by a qualified shop or technician. MMR's Low Temp Oil Thermostat is one of the easiest ways to increase your oil cooling capability. Rated to maintain the oil temps at about 194F (90c) to 230F (110c). Machined from aircraft grade T-6061 aluminum and anodized in MMR's trademark finish for durability. Installation is easy as it fits right into the OEM oil thermostat housing on the N54 and N55. Highly recommended for cars used on the track or with a higher power and torque output than stock.

This Genuine BMW fuel filter/fuel pressure regulator is located in the fuel tank on the left hand side. BMW officially claims these are "lifetime"units, but in practice We recommend preventative replacement of the fuel filter at 60-80,000 mile intervals.

ARP uses a premium grade 8740 alloy that is rated far superior to "aircraft" quality. Each stud is heat-treated, ensuring complete heat penetration, to increase the clamping load up to 200,000 psi. ARP studs are threaded after heat-treat, which gives them 1000% (that's ten times!) better fatigue strength than studs threaded prior to heat-treat. Threading the studs after heat-treating is more difficult and costly (as it's harder on tooling) but the results are well worth the effort. These simply are the best head studs we've found and we highly recommend them in both racing and forced induction applications. Due to the additional clamping force between the head and block, these are IDEAL for turbocharged engines.
