N55 Carbon Intake:

Vargas Turbo has you covered when you are installing a custom turbo setup. With all of the adapters you need and all the valves necessary, the only real limiting factor is your imagination!

This is a 1/2" (fits -8AN hos perfectly as well) CNC Billet check valve that can be used for a variety of uses including a vacuum/boost check valve when removing the stock PCV system, and still wanting to run the vacuum to the crankcase. Rated at over 100 psi, with a cracking psi of .25psi.

This dual-cone intake for the 135/335/535 is similar to the enclosed carbon fiber intake but without the surrounding air box. If you love the look of the open filters and high-tech carbon fiber, this is the kit for you. High-flow cotton air filters connect to CAD engineered carbon fiber intake tubes for an improvement in air flow. The open filter layout releases more intake roar than the stock muffled intake.

The ECS Kohlefaser Luft-Technik (Carbon Fiber Air Technology) intake for the 135/335/535 is a beautifully crafted dual-cone intake with a glossy carbon fiber enclosure. Developed in-house using ECS's chassis dyno and state of the art laser scanning and 3D CAD technology, the N54 carbon airbox is a direct replacement for the stock system. Laser scanning allows ECS to produce a finished product that is a perfect fit to the engine bay. All tubing is also made from carbon fiber with each piece designed for optimal flow. The carbon fiber sandwiches a special heat-blocking fiberglass core, insulating the air box from engine bay heat. All of this combines to produce more power and torque over a wider RPM range - up to 13ft-lbs and 18hp when combined with a Cobb software tune, FMIC, and exhaust. An easy way to improve the performance of your N54 powered BMW is by removing the stock air box and swapping in this Dual Cone Intake "DCI" from Burger Motorsports. Featuring two S&B inverted cone filters with adapter couplers and new hardware, these easily install into the stock box location, allowing for greatly improved intake air flow. This is great for both stock and modified vehicles, as this allows for greater air flow at all RPMs and removes the air restriction that would normally rob your engine of power.

**CARB Approved Under Executive Order (EO) No. D-744-2 for all 2007-2012 BMW models equipped with the N54 3.0L twin-turbocharged 6-cylinder engine.**

Wagner intercoolers (#200001044) are engineered in Germany to be a superior N54/N55 intercooler than the factory part. With 85% more surface area than the factory IC the Wagner-designed kit is much more efficient. And that helps maintain your boost levels and performance! The factory intercooler is quickly overcome with heat and that leads to a loss of boost and performance. Factor in greater boost levels and other modifications and the more heat soak will put you out of the running. The solution is an intercooler with more capacity for cooling and Wagner has chosen the stepped design to maximize the available surface area in the front end. The step is a thicker bar and plate core with an additional set of rows on top that takes advantage of unused space in the nose. In our eyes, the best intercooler upgrade is one that not only works but also installs with a minimum amount of fuss.

Compared to the stock OEM intercooler:


One of the best features of this kit is how easy it is to install (the easiest we have used to date). It's a direct bolt-on replacement for your stock intercooler - no removing the bumper or modifying brackets or wrestling with plumbing. Core size measures 520 x 210 x150 with a 13.6cm flow rate. Wagner has also engineered their end-tanks in aluminum instead of the factory plastic, which is much more durable over the long term. The CAD and FEM process also allows them to design their cooler internals without any bottlenecks or restrictions. This is just the best all-around intercooler upgrade we have seen for the E90 E92 335! Fits both N54 and N55 cars.

This alloy hard pipe fits to the throttle body and incorporates our high flow Blow off valve. This new valve fresh from our R&D department is the largest displacement valve that Forge have ever made ! Featuring a 50mm (2”) aluminium piston so that there are no issues with split diaphragms, we have not found the power handling limits of this valve yet ! The piston uses heat stabilised viton o-rings and high temperature Mobil 1 grease to ensure a long life with minimal wear and very long service intervals.
