The E92 M3 is an amazing looking car right out of the box but a common BMW issue is the height of the front vs rear bumpers. As far back as the E30, the front bumper is much lower than the rear bumper and the E92 M3 faces the same issue. With this problem the front bumper is always super low to the ground and the rear bumper looks in-complete. The ECS add-on diffuser is a unique option for balancing out the rear bumper with the height of the front bumper for a full and complete look. The E92 diffuser also features an optional center fin design to dial in the aesthetic you prefer!

For the factory replacements ECS focus was to take the oem characteristics and add a twist and really bring out a more aggressive look with a direct replacement diffuser. For their new line of diffusers, us as car enthusiasts wanted to design a set of diffusers that really pushed the envelope and stepped outside of the comfort zone. ECS's new line of add-on diffusers is a result of the engineering team and fellow enthusiasts spending time study the M3 chassis, modeling different designs, testing prototypes and making changes to get a final product that we are extremely excited to offer. ECS Titanium Wheel Bolts

Prior to installation, ensure thorough cleaning of hub threads to remove zinc traces from previous wheel bolts to prevent fatigue and cracking of the titanium alloy.

The factory plastic gears in BMW S65 throttle body actuators are notorious for premature wear due to mechanical stress, engine vibration, and heat cycling. Over time, this wear leads to excessive play, throttle response issues, and eventual failure. This can cause DME fault codes, limp mode, and DSC malfunctions. While replacing both throttle actuators is costly, even new OEM units will eventually suffer the same fate.

Thankfully, ECS has developed the ultimate solution for E9X M3 owners! These Upgraded Throttle Body Actuator Gears are constructed of Teflon-reinforced nylon, significantly reducing friction and gear tooth wear for long-term reliability. Each gear comes pre-installed on a 4140 steel shaft, strengthening the assembly and preventing further failure.

Servicing the internals of S65 throttle body actuators can be a challenging task due to their intricate design. To simplify the process, ECS has developed a complete plug-and-play replacement kit. This kit includes two brand-new OEM Continental/VDO throttle body actuator assemblies, rebuilt with upgraded ECS gears and shafts for simplified installation and long-term durability. Unlike rebuilt actuators, this solution minimizes the risk of internal electrical failures, providing superior protection against common failure modes.

The caliper sliding bolts are one of the most overlooked wear items in your braking system. Subjected to constant motion and often without adequate lubrication the guide bolts see a lot of wear and tear. Factory BMW caliper guide bolts are very expensive from the dealer - these 304 stainless steel bolts are less than half the price and provide outstanding resistance to corrosion and wear. They are manufacturered with tighter tolerances than the factory bolts too.

The N5X family of engines marked the start of a new era for BMW. The all-new aluminum block powerplants featured a host of technical upgrades, aiding in power output, reliability, and performance. Among these technological advances is an external electronic water pump, which removed load from the engine's accessory drive and allowed for advanced pulse-width-modulated (PWM) control.

From factory, the N52's electronic water pump is limited to a measly 200W output—strong enough for daily driving, but lacking in performance applications. Recognizing this shortcoming, ECS engineers set out to create a high-flow water pump upgrade that doesn't break the bank. Their high-quality adapter wiring harness and bracket allow you to install a 400W N54 water pump without any modification, an effortless, yet effective upgrade that doubles the output of the factory water pump!

By increasing coolant flow capacity, the 400W pump improves heat extraction from the cylinder head and engine block during high-load operation. This added thermal headroom is particularly beneficial for modified engines, sustained aggressive driving, track use, or operation in elevated ambient temperatures where the factory pump can operate near its limits. Improved circulation helps maintain more stable coolant temperatures and reduces the risk of localized hot spots.
