Introducing the newly updated R55 through R59 Oil Catch Can kit for MINIs equipped with the N16 or N18 engine. This kit includes a "designed-to-fit" stainless steel bracket, mounting hardware, and pre-assembled hoses for easy installation—no drilling or special tools needed. Note: This kit has been redesigned to fit directly behind the outlet of the airbox on the firewall, using the factory tab located on the firewall.

The M7 Oil Catch Can is not only functional but also a work of automotive performance ART! It features a 100% carbon fiber housing with CNC machined billet aluminum top and bottom, adding a sharp look to your engine compartment.
All hoses, brackets, clamps, necessary fittings, and easy-to-follow detailed step-by-step instructions are included, along with an oil drain plug and an easy-to-view sight tube. The sight tube allows you to monitor the oil level in the can. The hoses are high-quality "Made in the USA" automotive grade, designed to withstand the rigors of the under-hood environment without degradation.
BMW N54 3.0L Billet Vacuum Relief Valve from Vargas Turbo Technologies offers precise control over crankcase vacuum levels. This is a 1/2" (fits -8AN hos perfectly as well) CNC Billet check valve that can be used for a variety of uses including a vacuum/boost check valve when removing the stock PCV system, and still wanting to run the vacuum to the crankcase. Rated at over 100 psi, with a cracking psi of .25psi.

Beware of other "low-cost" catch can systems that use silicone hoses, as oil and silicone are not compatible and silicone hoses will eventually deteriorate, causing a mess in your engine compartment.

The VTT PCV Flapper delete is used to get rid of the factory flapper, and add a -10 fitting on N54 powered vehicles. This will allow you to run a single or dual external catch can, or your own custom set up.
This fitting is made from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum anodized black and comes with O-ring, and a stainless steel holding clip.

NOTE This catch can kit is designed to work with the Vargas Modular Valve Cover only and is not compatible with a stock valve cover.

This is the adapter fitting that is required to convert your N54 to external PCV if you want to keep your crankcase under vacuum at idle, and anytime you have a vacuum condition in your intake manifold. They are made from 6061-T6 with black anodizing for a long-lasting finish. Includes complete adapter, with all o-rings, and retaining clip.
This must be used in conjunction with the Vargas billet check valve, and PCV delete fitting or requires plugging of the intake PCV ports. Installs inline on the throttle body, and adds a -8AN male to adapt to a catch cans, or any custom set up.
