Our new G87 Carbon Fiber Front Lip is a CAD-designed masterpiece, created in-house with aggressive, race-inspired styling in mind. Our design engineers meticulously crafted this lip to maintain a cohesive factory aesthetic, drawing inspiration from the stock bumper architecture. The lip’s extended profile, precise contours, and 2x2 twill carbon fiber construction create a striking yet refined appearance, adding both form and function to your vehicle.

Development Process:

The Turner Motorsport G87 M2 Carbon Fiber Front Lip Spoiler was developed and thoroughly tested our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. Utilizing advanced technology, including FARO laser scanning, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, in-house 3D printing for rapid prototyping, and long-term product testing, our team at Turner Motorsport ensures precision and superior quality for this aerodynamic upgrade.

If you have an E36 M3 front bumper or aftermarket front bumper our Turner LTW inspired front lip is a must have! In North America we all feel the pain of being neglected by the foreign car manufacturers. For once we got the exclusive model, the E36 M3 LTW. The lightweight version of the M3 came with a tuned up S50, big spoiler and a bare bones package for the ultimate driving experience. We wanted to take some inspiration for the LTW and bring a easy add-on to give everyone with an E36 M3 front bumper the opportunity to sport the LTW Vibe.

Designed in-house using 3D scan modeling and CAD, our front lip is a cost-effective, yet highly appealing option with a lot to offer! Made specifically for the M3 front bumper, this ABS front lip is durable, lightweight, and easy to install. This LTW Inspired Front Lip is a perfect alternative to expensive carbon fiber front lips that are prone to failure, and a more rugged option than typical cheaper plastic lips which provide few benefits and offer questionable fitment at best.

Utilizing UV stabilized ABS in a two-piece bonded design, this lip has shown to provide the best possible combination of cost-to-performance and retains the clean matte finish of the original E36 trim. If matte black isn't your thing, this lip can easily be prepped and painted to whatever color you desire.

In an effort to design products that are more appealing to the daily driver we engineered these Delrin protection plates based on our own experience with bumper & splitter damage on our own M3's. The aggressive design of the E9x M3 bumper makes it virtually impossible to not have contact at some point of the bumper, from parking curbs to slight inclines making your bumper or carbon splitters look ugly. 

We decided to use Delrin with our design due to its durable features, the hardness of Delrin will reduce the amount of visible scratches on the surface and giving extra support under high speed driving conditions. Our protection plates are offered to cover both carbon splitters and the bare bumper with an exact fitment and slightly aggressive option for both situations.

Our catback is a lightweight and free-flowing exhaust that features two independent valved mufflers and a brilliant mounting system that is a pleasure to install and easy to perfectly dial in the exhaust fitment. Weighing 19lbs or less than your factory exhaust, featuring mufflers specifically designed for the S54 this exhaust is able to provide two completely different driving experiences.

With the exhaust valves closed the refined driving experience will blow your mind; while daily driving with closed valves there is a perfect bump in volume over the factory exhaust which allows you to hear and feel your rpms with a smooth exhaust note that shows your true passion for your iconic vehicle.

Now on to the real action, what you have always wanted but never wanted to commit to. Some days you just want to put the pedal to the floor with unlimited amounts of exhaust volume with your high revving 6 cylinder. Starting off from a stop with the valves open there is a significant increase in volume over the valves closed. When entering in to the 2000 rpm range you begin to experience the slightest taste of how satisfying the exhaust is going to sound. As you approach 4,000 rpms and higher you now have started to open up the can of worms, you can feel the free-flowing path of the exhaust with limited to no resistance, far superior to the factory exhaust. Anything after 6500 rpms is an absolute statement of exhaust. Over 6500 rpm is a sonorous note that lives rent free in the enthusiasts mind that can make a believer out of anyone who doubted the capable E46 M3. Once you are done having your fun and have experienced your S54 more than you ever have all you do is make one button click on your valve controller and you are back to high class and refinement. Truly the best of both worlds and a school girl giggling experience anytime you want.
