Product Details

An integral part of the emissions system, the PCV valve lets the crankcase breathe. This allows proper intake and exhaust flow, resulting in proper running and operation. When the crankcase vent valve fails it can cause excessive oil consumption, engine fault codes, and poor idle.

We recommend getting our full kit with the manifold gasket Crankcase Vent Valve - E39 540i - E38 740i 740il 96-01 - E31 840ci 96-98 at the same time.
