Install your ethanol flex sensor the right way with the 40T Performance E85 Flex Fuel Sensor Bypass Module. Designed to handle 1000HP of E85 flow, it allows for two paths of fuel—“Parallel Flow”—so the sensor reads ethanol content while the main path flows a large volume of fuel! *Sensor not included. *Includes L-bracket mount.
Engineered in the USA: Assembles over your sensor in minutes, avoiding sketchy quick-connect EFI fittings that can leak. The double o-ring design ensures no leaks. Constructed from premium materials—6061 aluminum and stainless hardware. AN fittings install with o-rings instead of crush washers, reducing the risk of leaky fuel in the engine bay.
Configuration: Works on inline or V engines on either the feed or return side. This setup can easily support 1000HP on E85. Any port can be used as an input or output.
Compatibility: Compatible with any sensor with a tube diameter of ⅜” (9.5mm) and a length of 95mm. Works with most common sensors, both small and big body inline sensors.
