Installation Instructions:

Clean ALL threads in the block and chase if necessary with ARP Thread Chaser for proper thread engagement and accurate torque readings. Inspect all hardware for defects or shipping damages. If studs protrude into a water jacket, lubricate block threads with ARP THREAD SEALER. Hand-tighten studs into the block. Install the cylinder head(s) and check for binding or misalignment. Lubricate stud threads, nuts, and washers with ARP ULTRA-TORQUE FASTENER ASSEMBLY LUBRICANT. Install washers and nuts onto studs, hand-tighten. Use ARP ULTRA-TORQUE FASTENER ASSEMBLY LUBRICANT for optimal results.
