DeatschWerks M50 Fuel Injectors Set - 900cc - Set of 6 - 18U-09-0900-6 - E36 325i 325is 325ic

Product Details

Achieving a flawless tune requires highly precise hardware, and the DeatschWerks 18U-09-0900-6 Fuel Injector Set is engineered to deliver exactly that. Recognizing that fuel injectors do not operate in a static state, DeatschWerks subjects this 6-cylinder kit to rigorous, advanced in-house characterization via strict SAE J1832 standards. This meticulous testing provides comprehensive tuning data covering a massive range of pulse widths, pressures, and voltages. The result is an injector kit that eliminates tuning guesswork, allowing for effortless integration into your management software. Experience unmatched idle stability, crisp transitional throttle response, and robust top-end fuel delivery that only a truly matched, fully characterized injector system can provide.

Key Features

• SAE J1832 Characterized: Fully tested in-house to generate over 450 accurate data points, enabling seamless copy-and-paste calibration into tuning software.

• Low Pulse Width Optimization: Balanced extensively in the 1–2 millisecond range to combat the "large injector idle problem," guaranteeing a smooth, stable idle.

• Transitional Range Balancing: Precisely matched within the critical 2–4 millisecond non-linear range where high-flow injectors spend most of their operating life.

• Linear High-Load Consistency: Balanced in the 4–10+ millisecond range to protect your engine under heavy load, allowing for aggressive ignition timing and boost safely.

• High-Impedance Compatibility: Features a 12.5-ohm internal resistance profile that integrates perfectly with factory and aftermarket ECUs without needing resistor boxes.
