Gas Spring - Rear Hatch

Product Details

A sagging or binding rear hatch is annoying on a daily driver and downright frustrating when you're loading gear at the track. If the trunk on your BMW X1 feels heavy or refuses to stay up on its own, your factory gas struts are spent. This MEYLE-ORIGINAL lift support is built to strict standards, offering a highly reliable, cost-effective alternative to costly dealership replacements without compromising on build quality or longevity.

MEYLE develops these gas springs using a "True to OE" approach, meaning they maintain exact factory length and pressure ratings for a hassle-free, bolt-on installation. Built with heavy-duty internal seals and a high-strength casing, this strut delivers the exact 460 Newtons of force required to cleanly lift and support your tailgate. Keep your vehicle's utility intact and refresh your worn components with a high-quality replacement that functions exactly as the Bavarian engineers intended.
