Product Details

This Transfer Case Service Kit replaces degraded fluid and sealing hardware to maintain proper lubrication within the all wheel drive transfer case. Unserviced transfer case fluid breaks down into sludge and deposits, causing lubrication loss and internal component wear; this service kit prevents internal wear by renewing fluid properties and drain hardware.

Fluid Included: 1 quart Redline D4 ATF
System Capacity: 1.1 pint
Hardware Included: Replacement drain plug and fill plug
Fastener Torque Spec: 24 lb/ft

Turner Tip: Always remove the fill plug before the drain plug, then use a fluid transfer pump to fill the transfer case until fluid runs freely from the fill hole.

Order the transfer case service kit to perform the recommended 60,000 mile service.
