Product Details
The Launch Tech Tread Master 2.0 revolutionizes tire inspection for workshops and fleet maintenance professionals. Moving beyond manual analog gauges, this handheld device utilizes advanced Class 2 laser scanning to deliver precision 1/32nd-inch real-time tread depth measurements in roughly 3 seconds per tire.
Equipped with a bright 3.97" touchscreen, the Tread Master 2.0 allows you to perform full-width scans (up to 7.1 inches) or target a single groove for specialized tread patterns. The tool doesn't just read depths; it analyzes the data to generate comprehensive inspection reports that include wear analysis, estimated braking distances, and immediate service recommendations (such as rotation, alignment, or replacement). The built-in 2MP camera even allows you to attach high-quality photos to your reports, which can easily be shared with customers via QR code or email. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with Launch X-431 ProLine scanners.
