Unlike those factory versions, our new Turbo-Side Intakes are separated and receive a direct supply of cold air to the intakes. Again, cold air is denser and thus allows more fuel to be added for slight performance gains. That's just the beginning.
Perhaps more impressive, however, is how clean the system looks under the hood. Originally, the airbox sat nearly in front of the driver and routed its piping over the top of the engine. It just looked cluttered and bulky. The Turbo-Side Intake System is contained to just above the turbos and isolated from the rest of the bay with a sleek heat shield and duct that gives an overall visual upgrade to the engine bay.
