Turner Motorsport offers a variety of Performance Intake options for your BMW, including Genuine BMW, aFe Eventuri, Dinan, Gruppe M, Agency Power, and ECS Tuning.
The Eventuri intake system for the G90/G99 M5 is engineered to optimize airflow to the turbos while minimizing heat soak, ensuring maximum performance. The fully sealed design prevents hot air ingress, yet incorporates a dual air feed to reduce pressure drop. Air is drawn from the OEM ducts and augmented by secondary inlets near the bonnet shuts, which access a consistently cool zone in the engine bay. These additional inlets not only provide cooler intake air but also amplify turbo spool sounds inside the cabin, enhancing driving immersion.

The Eventuri G20 B48 intake system consists of a number of components engineered to perform a specific purpose and fabricated to the highest of standards. We use 100% pre-preg carbon fiber with no fibreglass which means we can achieve a smooth internal surface to maintain smoother airflow. Here are the details for each component and the design ethos behind them:

The BMW G20 B58 Eventuri intake has been developed to provide the turbo with a less restrictive flow path whilst maintaining low inlet temperatures. Heat and Volume are the main considerations when designing an intake for turbocharged engines. In the G20, the intake system is located next to the exhaust manifold which rapidly heat soaks the engine bay. High temperatures are detrimental for engine performance as the turbo would have to build boost with heated, less dense air and so the only way to ensure IAT’s are kept to a minimum is for a fully sealed intake. This however, results in a restriction with only one stock air feed to draw air in from. During development, the folks at Eventuri noticed an additional opening into the wheel arch area and took advantage of this by adding a secondary feed to our airbox. Furthermore, the sealed airbox also has a heat shield with gold reflective to minimise the radiative heat transfer from the exhaust manifold. In order to maximize volume, they made the airbox as large as possible with a recess for potential strut braces. The stock convoluted intake tube is replaced with a smooth carbon tube which is also larger in internal volume with a starting internal diameter of 111mm (4.4') smoothly tapering down to match the turbo inlet. The tube provides a smooth path from the filter to the turbo inlet. Finally, they use a custom-made high-flow dry filter that is ISO tested for filtration performance and has a larger filtration area than the stock filter.

Designed and manufactured by Eventuri, these new intake scoops are the perfect addition for any G87 M2. These inlet scoops redirect ambient air around the radiator and heat exchanger, allowing cooler air to flow directly into the intakes, lowering intake air temps. This is crucial for anyone looking to make the most power possible in any environment.

Introducing the Eventuri BMW G05 X5 / G06 X6 Black Carbon Intake System. This intake is an adaptation of Eventuri's X5M intake which was a complete redesign of the stock airboxes with the aim of reducing pressure loss while increasing the flow rate and keeping inlet temperatures low. With the stock cold air feeds at the front of the car and the turbo inlets facing the rear of the car, the airflow has to negotiate a 180-degree turn through each airbox resulting in a flow restriction. To overcome this, Eventuri has introduced an additional cold air feed from the scuttle panel, which results in a more direct flow path to the turbo inlets. The additional feeds allow the intake to have a higher flow rate whilst keeping IATs low and have the additional benefit of de-restricting the sound of the turbos. With the intake openings now facing the cabin, the turbo flutter and pressure release sounds are clearly audible, elevating the driving experience to another level. The Eventuri Difference The X5 M50i Eventuri system uses Eventuri's Patented Carbon Fiber Housings with their Gen 2 bespoke filters, which provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbos. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield but a unique design that invokes the Venturi effect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce the drag on the turbo. Since Eventuri's filter housings have been designed for maximum volume, the OEM engine cover no longer fits into place. So Eventuri has produced a redesigned cover that finishes off the engine bay, covering the engine hardware for a refined aesthetic. Eventuri had allowed for gaps between the engine cover and the intakes so that the heat coming off the engine can easily dissipate rather than soak into the intake system. Each intake system consists of: 2 x Carbon Fiber Patented Venturi Filter Housings 2 x Bespoke High Flow Dry Cone Filters 2 x Carbon Fiber Twin Air Ducts Carbon Fiber Engine Cover 2 x EPDM Rear Air Feeds Silicon Couplers CNC Machined Bracket Mounts ** This item is not eligible for return **
