Like A G (series)

Now that we’ve had the G8X and G20 in our hands for quite some time, we’re happy to announce that fledgeling catalog of upgrades has continued to blossom. Here in 2022, we’ve released a few new additions to our lineup that you G20 and G8X owners are sure to love. In this edition of Turner Motorsport Weekly, we’ll explore what Turner Motorsport can do for your G-series BMW and all our latest-and-greatest upgrades added brand new for this year. 

G20 M340i

Front Lip Spoiler

Our signature motorsport-inspired front lip design has finally made it to the G20! This carbon fiber exterior accent gives an even more aggressive appearance to M-Sport front bumpers and brings the profile closer to the ground. It doesn’t take much to set your G20 apart from the rest of the commuter sedans out there, and our front lip is key to doing just that. 

Rear High-Kick Spoiler

You may have already seen it, as we released the spoiler a few months back, but another recent exterior addition to your G20 is the Turner Motorsport-exclusive High Kick Carbon Fiber Rear Spoiler. This little addition provides a distinctive upswept ducktail in tasteful 2x2 carbon weave for a significant improvement in the overall attitude of your G20’s appearance.

Carbon Fiber Diffuser

Rounding out the exterior package, our aggressive Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser completes the sporty improvements to your G20 M340i. This sleek piece replaces the factory plastic lower valence with a more aerodynamically-inspired design and compliments the other carbon fiber exterior accents we offer for a thorough thematic presentation. 

Charge Pipe

For the B58-powered G20 M340i, our Turner Motorsport Charge Pipe replaces the notoriously brittle and restrictive factory unit with our stainless steel and silicone setup for more reliability under high boost and better throttle response. If you do nothing else for power and performance, this would be an excellent choice as your exclusive engine upgrade. But, why stop there when we have such a beautiful upgrade to pair with the charge pipe that we’ll show you next?

Carbon Fiber Intake

A visual and performance upgrade, our carbon fiber enclosed B58 cold air intake offers a sleek look in place of the original ‘boring’ air box while providing much-needed reductions in restriction and intake air temps. Paired with the charge pipe, your B58 will breath freely and easily while providing excellent noises and noticeable improvements to your driving experience. 

TrackSport Rotors

In the handling and braking department, our super aggressive TrackSport rotors designed for the G20 M340i are the single-best performance option for shedding weight and increasing brake performance that are suitable on both the street and track. Few options on the market offer such capable dual-duty, which make our TrackSport rotors the absolute best option for both replacing worn factory brake rotors and upgrading to a setup that offers the reduced brake fade characteristics you need in high-performance driving.

Flush Kit

If OEM+ is your style, our Turner Motorsport Wheel Spacer Flush Kit for your G20 is right up your alley. Unfortunately, BMW switched to 5x112 for the G-series sedan, which meant we had to re-spec our PCD, but the spacers you know and love from our in-house team are now available for your G20! Bring your stock wheels out to a more enthusiast-friendly fitment and wider track width to further improve the motorsport-theme established by the other exterior upgrades. 

Skid Plate

Neither performance or appearance related, but important nonetheless, the Turner Motorsport G20 skid plate is your best line of defense against road hazards that might otherwise spell disaster for your engine. Available in both milled aluminum and wrinkle black finishes, our skid plate mimics the factory underbody panels to retain the aerodynamic benefits with the added protection from much studier materials. Don’t wait until you’ve already done damage, make sure you have a skid plate before you lower your G20.

G8X M3/M4

Carbon strut tower brace

Our most recent addition to the G8X platform, we’re excited to show off our new Carbon Fiber Strut Tower Brace that provides an improvement to chassis rigidity as well as a visual upgrade under the hood. The lattice of beautiful carbon and billet aluminum give this strut brace a striking presence in the engine bay and accents the high-performance attitude of your M3/M4.

Rear High-Kick Spoiler

For the exterior, our G80 M3 carbon fiber high-kick spoiler once again offers the exclusive Turner Motorsport ducktail look that you can bring to your new M-car. 

Flush Kit

Like the G20 flush kit we already mentioned, our G8X flush kit provides perfect fitment for your double-staggered G8X factory wheels to give your footprint some extra width. Sitting perfectly flush as they should have from the factory, you can retain the OEM look with enthusiast fitment perfectly and affordably with this flush kit.

Skid Plate

Finally, to protect your G8X investment, our aluminum and wrinkle black skid plates have been adapted for the M3/M4. Once again, it’s better to have and not need than to need and not have! Make sure all the expensive and fragile underbody bits are safe and secure behind our durable skid plate before you lower your M3/M4!

WRAPPING UP

The new G-series has certainly grown on us, especially once we added some traditional Turner Motorsport flair and pizzaz.
