NEW, updated design allows for more applications! The TMS Oil Cooler Fitting kit allows much more flexibility in the routing of oil cooler lines. Standard oil coolers utilize �hard lines� which can cause fitment issues for cars with superchargers, Accusumps, or other aftermarket performance parts. Our kit replaces the oil cooler hard lines with two TMS engineered -10 AN fittings, mounting bracket, and O-rings. Flexible braided hoses can then be run to the oil cooler which eliminates routing issues from supercharges, intakes, and other components. The brackets are CNC machined stainless steel and the -10 AN fittings are lightweight aluminum.

TMS rear subframe bearings are designed to limit rear control arm movement relative to the subframe. The stock BMW subframe bushings are made out of rubber, which allows variance in suspension position due to deformation and compression. A race car needs to have all suspension points remain in place for proper setup. By using high grade aircraft aluminum alloy and high performance race bearings, the TMS bushing replacements are both lightweight and strong. The casing is designed so that if maximum motion occurs, the load will be evenly distributed throughout the casing. Our flanges are designed to spread the load on the subframe and limit movement. The bearing we use is an extra wide race bearing to distribute the load over a broader area. Each piece is anodized or nickel plated to withstand corrosion. These bushings are a perfect compliment to the TMS lower camber arms.

Your floor jack is universal but it doesn't have to be with this adapter! Most newer BMW jack pads have an open recess inside that this adapter fits into. It's a rectangular peg for a rectangular hole. This gives the jack a much more rigid connection and almost impossible for the jack or pad to slip. You will never have to worry about scratching your rocker panels or jacking from the wrong spot - the positive connection ensures you are always lifting from the correct location. This adapter is one of those small hidden gems that you can't live without!

A very common weak point on the 3 series BMW is the sheetmetal of the rear shock tower. The sheetmetal here is relatively thin and very susceptible to stress and fatigue. A worn out shock will bottom-out more often and this energy is transferred through the bump stop and into the metal chassis. Stiffer shocks and shock mounts also put more stress on the sheetmetal. Factor in age, mileage, and environmental conditions and it's not a surprise that we see shock tower failures often. BMW addressed this issue with reinforcements of their own but our's are thicker for additional strength. This kit mounts on top of the shock tower and can either be bolted or welded in place. Because of the shape of the rear shock tower, these do not fit cabrio/convertible cars.

The rear subframe is the heart of the BMW rear suspension. Not only do all of the suspension arms attach to it, the driveline runs through it via the differential and half-shafts. Therefore, a track-prepped E46 should never see any flex or deflection in any of the subframe mounts. Excessive movement here transfers to unwanted suspension motions elsewhere and is also a major contributor to failures in the rear floor sheetmetal.

They were designed to get the job done but when you add a performance filter, intake or tune, the stock elbow will start to show it weakness. The E36/E46 rear trailing arm bushings (RTABs) wear out faster than any other bushing on the car. Worn RTAB will cause excessive toe alignment change and give a 'loose' or 'floaty' feeling in the rear handling. One of the reasons for this is that they over-extend during motion, stretching and twisting the rubber in all directions. These shims sit on either side of the bushing and limit the amount of extension from the bushing. Not only will you get more life from your RTAB but these will help stiffen the bushing during cornering. But during normal driving you will still have all of the comfort of the stock rubber bushings. These part about these bushings is how easy they are to install - simply slide them in place during your bushing install. They can be added to pre-installed bushings too by dropping the trailing arm and removing the cage around the bushing.

Rocker arms wear in conjunction with the camshafts, meaning the two must be replaced simultaneously. Sometimes choosing the correct shift kit proves difficult when you dual-purpose your favorite vehicle, we understand this well. The early days for any race enthusiast usually begins with a car that is needed to daily drive and setup to get out on the track. What becomes difficult is properly modifying that car to feel comfortable in both situations which is why we took this view on our new short shift line. This upgraded lever is a quick swap option to replace the standard shift lever that come with our kits so you can keep your hands closer to the wheel while shifting at high speeds. Designed from anodized aluminum this lever looks great in any interior for the daily driver who simply prefers the taller lever look and feel.

Here at Turner we understand the importance of an upgrade that will get the results you need on the track and still be tolerable on the drive around town. When it comes to control arms on the track, making them as stiff as you can (usually using solid mounts) is the best way to increase your driving precision by eliminating the deflection of rubber. The next best thing to create a balance would be to stiffen up the control arm with polyurethane, giving you the option of a more stock like feel with 80a or closer to the solid feel with 95a durometers. These poly bushings will give your control arms a direct connection between your suspension and the body of the car eliminating the slop felt under take-off and braking so you feel more in control of your vehicle.

Unsure of what size spacer will work best for you? This professional kit includes 1mm, 2.5mm, 5mm, 10mm, and 15mm spacers with wheel studs and nuts for you play with. These are not the same spacers that we sell and they cannot be used to drive on. But with the studs installed the car can be lowered to the ground and rolled to check for clearances. These test fit spacers are drilled to fit the standard BMW 5x120 bolt pattern as well as 4-lug 4x100 (and VW/Audi bolt patterns too). You can stack spacers to achieve the perfect clearance. When you're ready call us to order the spacers you need (we make 3mm, 5mm, 7.5mm, 10mm, 12.5mm, 15mm, 17.5mm, 20mm, 25mm, and 30mm spacer thicknesses).
This kit is for purchase only. It's perfect for shops or racecars where changing wheels or brakes is common. We also have kits that are available for rent.
These spacers are not for driving on. They lack the hubcentric lip that BMW wheels are designed to work with. Driving on studs alone will lead to a failure.

When we designed this catch we wanted to have the most function options available, the best separation method, and the easiest to service. The Turner engineered catch cans offer a pre-setup design based ion desired flow direction, however this does not limit you to this flow. The inner baffle orientation can be easily adjusted to flow in both directions in case you decide to move this catch can to a different vehicle. A 4 chamber system baffle system inside the catch can was engineered to create multiple changes in the direction of airflow within the separator to cause oil droplets to fall out of suspension before exiting the catch can. Having a closed / recirculated design reduces oil ingestion and promotes cleaner emissions and odor-less operation.
Our catch can was also designed with the idea that the cans fill level can easily be checked with a top mounted dipstick and an optional use bottom drain hole. The drain system comes complete with a valve and hose to be mounted at a lower area of the vehicle so when you're doing an oil change you can drain the catch can.

Our engineers at Turner sought out to solve the degrading issues that happens with the factory crankcase vent hose and found the best solution is a silicone replacement. Our Turner Silicone Crankcase Vent Hose can be used to replace the factory brittle hose to prevent vacuum leaks and lackluster performance. Simply take your factory crankcase vent hose and remove the ends; the factory ends can be installed on the new Silicone Vent Hose with the supplied clamps for a tight seal.
Turner Silicone Crankcase Vent Hose replaces the following part #'s:
CSL Vent Hose (11157833649) - Silicone Crankcase Vent hose is a direct replacement
Non-CSL Vent Hose(11157831311) - Silicone hose will make a "U" bend with direct fitment and can also be trimmed for your own preferable fit.

Brake pad wear sensors are a convenient part of the braking system, notifying the driver of when the material on the brake pads are getting low and need to be serviced. Unfortunately it is common in custom or upgraded braking systems that the pad wear sensor is non-existent or does not mate properly with the connector on your vehicle, leaving you with a brake pad wear warning every time you start your vehicle.
ECS Tuning has developed this direct-fit Brake Pad Wear Sensor Bypass to alleviate this issue. This sensor bypass will trick the vehicle's electronics into thinking that the brake pads have adequate pad material to keep the dashboard warning from appearing. No more unnecessary warnings when installing a big brake kit or your own custom setup. This bypass is a plug-and-play component that requires no modifications so you can revert back to your OEM setup if necessary.
Some vehicles may be equipped with two front brake pad wear sensors, or a front and rear sensor, please be sure to double check the required quantity for your vehicle before placing an order.
*During installation, make sure to clean the mated female connector on your vehicle of any dirt or debris to ensure that the Brake Pad Wear Sensor Bypass is engaged securely.
