The JB4 is the most advanced and highly featured tuning system available for your N63 powered vehicle. Power gains are up to 100whp and 140wtq on a stock car. The JB4 features a simple plug and play installation harness for easy installation & removal and includes many features not found with any other tune. Including on the fly in dash map switching between factory and various performance maps, optional in-dash gauge displays for boost, boost limiting by gear for improved traction in lower gears, progressive water/methanol support, built-in data logging, built-in code reading, optional direct EWG control to prevent throttle closure with exhaust modifications, exhaust flapper control, and much more. Other more expensive tuners may claim to equal the JB4's technology but upon closer examination lack most if not all of the JB4's features. Remember the JB4 does not require any additional modifications or previous stages. Simply install the JB4 as your first and only modification and enjoy an entirely new fast and smooth racing experience. PCM works by using our in-house developed calibration running on our standalone PCB, which communicates in parallel with the factory ECU. This communication route allows the PCM to safely optimise a variety of electronic sensor signals in real time, interfacing between the engine controls and its sensors.

With multiple channels such as charge air pressure, ignition and fuelling controlled by the PCM computer, the result is increased power and torque across the whole powerband of the engine.

We have carried tens of thousands of development miles of rigorous testing on our in-house dyno, on road and on track with numerous calibrations, across multiple cars and different hardware installations, allowing us to find the sweet spot for engine performance, drivability and safety.

With 12 months of detailed development, our PCM is so much more than a 'tuning box', and is in fact closer to a secondary ECU. The kit is complete, including a perfect fit wiring loom made especially for the selected vehicle.

The unit itself is housed in a stunning billet aluminium case, finned to ensure adequate cooling plus a beautiful carbon fibre mounting bracket to affix it securely in your engine bay.

We're completely honest about this, the PCM calibration is not quite as sophisticated as a full ECU calibration. To keep the car smooth, safe and reliable, PCM's power levels have to be kept slightly lower than traditional ECU calibrations. But of course, you'll love the power boost you get from PCM, combined with the drivability and efficiency gains.
