The Supersprint X-Pipe will delete the set of resonators ahead of the rear mufflers. By removing the resonators, you can get more volume and growl from your exhaust as well as decrease exhaust restriction for slightly better power and torque. Deleting resonators makes a small but noticeable increase in overall volume so it's recommended that this is done after changing or removing mufflers. This x-pipe fits in section 2 of the exhaust - after the factory cat section and before the rear mufflers. You will need to cut the original resonator section out of the exhaust and the Supersprint is clamped into place.

When building your vehicle for the track, there are a lot of considerations to take into account. One major factor is your exhaust system. Many exhaust systems are only designed for so much exhaust flow, which can really limit the total amount of potential power your engine can produce. To address this issue with heavily tuned, turbocharged, or supercharged E46 M3s, Supersprint now offers a new line of high performance Center Twin-Pipe Exhaust Pipes that are designed to provide you with a significantly higher exhaust flow than their original performance exhaust pipes, 787503 (Resonated) and 787513 (Non-Resonated), designed for street and light track performance.
This twin pipe system utilizes two high flow pipes instead of a single large pipe, allowing for up to 25% greater total exhaust flow. Thanks to the increased total flow, these center pipes are capable of supporting S54 engines producing over 400whp, perfect for all highly modified street cars or performance track vehicles.
This specific option offer's pipes that are resonated to prevent excessive noise and drone that may be experienced at cruising RPM speeds.

Fitment Note: This section 1 is based on the Euro-spec exhaust system which is different than the US exhaust layout. It will bolt on to the Euro M5/M6 headers using the original 3-bolt flanges. The US exhaust has a different manifold and 2-bolt flanges.

Want more rasp and volume to come through from your exhaust? This Supersprint section 2 will replace and delete the factory resonator that sits before the muffler. Without the resonator there to dampen the sound the overall volume will increase and let more S54 rasp come through. Combine this with the Supersprint section 1 straight pipes for even more Motorsport rasp. This section 2 pipe will bolt up to a stock section 1 or cat section and any muffler. It's perfect for getting just a little more volume from your stock exhaust without changing the muffler.

This Supersprint center section will delete the secondary silencer/resonator in the stock exhaust and fit with the Supersprint sport rear muffler. The front of this section is clamped to the stock front resonator. By eliminating one of the silencers, and matched to the rear muffler, more of the Z4's perky engine note will come through. And with less restriction more torque and horsepower can be released.

These Supersprint metallic sport cats are for the E46 M3 with Supersprint's own stepped headers. The piping is slightly oversized and the Supersprint sport cats are much freer-flowing than a traditional stock cat. Supersprint metallic sport catalytic converters are sourced from HJS of Germany. For 30 years HJS has been supplying motorsports teams with sport cats when rules required them. HJS is now a worldwide leader in sport cat technology and performance. Rally cars, German DTM, and Formula 3 all rely on HJS for clean, reliable horsepower. Supersprint works closely with HJS to spec a catalytic converter that is correct for the vehicle and engine package. This allows for a substantial increase in flow but which, at the same time, keeps the environmental specs within European limits. With any high-flow catalytic converter, special software or other work may be required to keep emissions fault codes and check engine lights from displaying. Supersprint catalytic converters are sold for track and other off-road uses only.

This Euro center resonator replaces a stock European-spec center resonator or US/Euro catalytic converter section. The Supersprint exhaust piping is 60mm in diameter - 10mm larger in each pipe than a standard US exhaust system. This larger sizing helps to improve exhaust flow which frees up horsepower from the engine. Instead of working to push exhaust gas through small pipes the exhaust gas flows easier so the engine doesn't have to work as hard. Now constructed with 409 stainless steel piping!
The Supersprint Euro center resontor replaces a stock BMW Euro M3 center resonator OR requires the full Supersprint Euro headers and Euro rear muffler. For the best flow with supercharging or intricate intake kits, the Euro system works best!

Supersprint sport cats for the E82 N54 are designed to work with their cat-less headers. The Supersprint sport cats are much freer-flowing than a traditional stock cat. Supersprint metallic sport catalytic converters are sourced from HJS of Germany. For 30 years HJS has been supplying motorsports teams with sport cats when rules required them. HJS is now a worldwide leader in sport cat technology and performance. Rally cars, German DTM, and Formula 3 all rely on HJS for clean, reliable horsepower. Supersprint works closely with HJS to spec a catalytic converter that is correct for the vehicle and engine package. This allows for a substantial increase in flow but which, at the same time, keeps the environmental specs within European limits. With any high-flow catalytic converter, special software or other work may be required to keep emissions fault codes and check engine lights from displaying. Supersprint catalytic converters are sold for track and other off-road uses only.

This front section is a direct replacement for the stock 235i/335/435/M2 exhaust with one key difference - the Supersprint uses full 80mm piping for improved flow out of the turbo. One of the best and easiest ways of getting more power from a stock turbo is by helping it push exhaust gas and larger and smoother exhaust piping will help with that. Where the stock system is bent and crimped, the Supersprint is a full 80mm along its entire length. This section 1 will fit to the stock or Supersprint turbo downpipe and a stock or Supersprint section 2 exhaust.

The Supersprint Crossover Pipe will delete the rear resonator ahead of the rear mufflers. By removing the resonator, you can get more volume and growl from your exhaust as well as decrease exhaust restriction for slightly better power and torque. Deleting resonators makes a small but noticeable increase in overall volume so it's recommended that this is done after changing or removing mufflers. This x-pipe fits in section 2 of the exhaust - after the factory secondary cat section and before the rear mufflers. It's a direct install with Supersprint mufflers but any other set of mufflers may require custom professional installation to achieve a perfect fit.
