The Corsa sport mufflers for the F10 M5 boost horsepower and torque and make a nicer sound than hushed sounds of the stock M5 exhaust system. This Corsa Sport exhaust for the M5 works with the Active Sound to make more growl and rumble so you can actually enjoy the V8 sound. Using stainless steel tubing with their performance muffler design they are able to reduce exhaust restriction compared to the stock system. As well as the tuned exhaust note and drone-eliminating sound, the mufflers use a straight-thru flow design for maximum flow and the least amount of restriction. Decreasing the back-pressure helps the turbos work more efficiently, processing exhaust gases easier and releasing more horsepower and torque. Power gains on the dyno were measured at 13hp and 18ft-lbs of torque compared to stock.
Also included is the patented Corsa Reflective Sound Cancellation to eliminate drone (commonly found on most straight-through muffler designs.) We have tried this muffler upgrade on our own M5 and can report back that it makes slightly more burble and throatiness than stock while remaining composed and civilized. The new sound is especially noticeable from outside the car where there is a bit more 'boom' to go with the M5's immense punch.
Reflective Sound-Cancellation (RSC) technology - This feature is a patented non-electrical noise control system, where engine sound (pressure) waves are reflected in passages inside the muffler 180 degrees out of phase to cancel out unwanted sound waves. The result is a tuned muffler that "cleans up" the noise without eliminating the pure sound of power associated with a high-performance vehicle. Using the Corsa technology, the stainless steel mufflers are tuned to eliminate passenger cabin resonance and produce just the "right" sound. The result is quieter cruising with an awe-inspiring roar at full throttle. This system is amazingly quiet during normal cruising, due to the "no drone" RSC technology, yet still has an aggressive presence and full sound while under throttle. This makes for ideal sound for those that want an aggressive "roar" while driving hard, yet still want a more discrete lower volume for normal cruising.
This is an axle-back system, which replaces only the rear mufflers of the stock M5 exhaust. It's very easy and straightforward to install and the rest of the exhaust can remain on the car. The Corsa mufflers are designed to install at an existing cut-point in the factory exhaust which makes it easy to reinstall the original exhaust at any time (factory sleeve clamps required to reinstall). This system is 100% Made in the USA and carries a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. This exhaust is emissions legal in all 50 states (no effect whatsoever on emissions, and there will not be any "Check Engine" warning lights).

Our Turner catback features dual 2.0" to 3.0" adapter that connects directly to your factory mid-pipes. From the adapter is full 3.0" exhaust piping with a smooth flow path to lower back pressure which leads to increased performance and a smoother exhaust tone. The 3.0" rear exhaust section flows into a full 3" valved muffler. The muffler features integrated 3" exhaust tips for an aggressive look that fills out your rear diffuser to get the perfect appearance.
New in 2023 you have two new options for E36 exhausts, our Turner valved and non valved axle back exhaust setups. With our Non Valved Axle-Back you achieve a happy medium of volume and tone but without the ability to adjust the volume. Face it, every straight six deserves a sweet exhaust. If you or your fellow enthusiasts feel so inclined our exhaust can be fitted to all standard 6 cylinder E36s. ** For non-m E36s you will have to slightly bend the exhaust hangers to get perfect fitment in the non-m rear bumper/diffuser. **

Performance Carbon Intake Systems - E36 OBD1 6 Cyl Models:
In 2023 our team at Turner can proudly say we are still fixated on the E36 chassis, our group of engineers and technicians own a multitude of E36 chassis including an early model vert, 95 M3 and Z3m(still counts!). To pay tribute to this chassis we spent a great deal of time to ensure we crafted THE best intake possible for the beloved chassis. We made separate kits tailored to each of the 6 cylinder variations with options for OBD1, OBD2 and vehicles equipped with automatic stability control.
Built from the throttle body forwards, our ground-up designed e36 intake offers a closed lid design that, when paired with our powder coated heat shield, keeps your intake temps cool, all while packaging neatly into the engine bay, ensuring your intake is working as efficiently as possible while looking as good as ever. Our versatile intake includes all the provisions from the intake to the throttle body inlet, making every adjustment along the way to fit with whichever 6-cylinder USDM E36 you have, fitting all ASC and non-ASC, M and Non-M, and OBD1 and OBD2 variants.
Carbon, OEM+ styling with added air induction and lower intake air temperatures. To go the extra mile this kit includes new upgraded silicone throttle body and maf inlet tubes. With the new silicone tubing you can replace your worn or damaged rubber boots to ensure your car is running the best it can be. Performance Axle-Back Exhaust - E36 M3:
Finally the answer to your E36 exhaust woes! Upgrade from your old, crusty or quiet exhaust that lacks the OOMPH you want to hear when stepping on the gas. Our crew at Turner have been describing this exhaust with words like “symphony” and “hearty” with its smooth and low frequency tone. This is the kind of exhaust we stand outside and listen to as our residential test vehicle rolls out from work heading off in the distance while singing the oh so sweet straight six sound.
Our new E36 cat-back is a tribute to the E36 M3 in more ways than one. The exhaust features 90s styling exhaust tips to compliment the sharp yet rudimentary body lines. Just like the E36 our exhaust was designed to be raw, straight to the point, lightweight and timeless.
To accomplish these goals our engineers revved up their creativity and went straight to work. Adapting straight to the mid-pipes our engineers transformed the lackluster 2.0” tubing and stepped up to a true-dual 2.5” exhaust with an integrated x-pipe to smooth out the flow and fine tune the exhaust note just how we wanted. Towards the rear of the vehicle you will find a light-weight and perfectly spec’d muffler featuring fabricated sheet metal hangers, slash cut integrated tips and achieves a fine-tuned exhaust note.
We can only hope the community enjoys this exhaust as much as we at Turner enjoy it. As a part of the community, we are excited to offer this awesome exhaust for all to enjoy.
Non-M Fitment:
Although we designed this exhaust specifically for the M3 model we felt it was a shame to rob this exhaust opportunity from the Non-M E36 owners. Face it, every straight six deserves a sweet exhaust. If you or your fellow enthusiasts feel so inclined our exhaust can be fitted to all standard 6 cylinder E36s. ** For non-m E36s you will have to slightly bend the exhaust hangers to get perfect fitment in the non-m rear bumper/diffuser. **

Why the upgrade?
By now your E36 M3 is approaching 30 years of age and you have a few possible exhaust situations:
- One of the options is you still have the factory exhaust and it is at the end of its life, it could be covered in rust and unsightly or packed solid with soot deposits which is not helping the weight, flow or tone of your exhaust.
- A second option is that you have an aftermarket exhaust that you fitted years ago and it is seeing the same fate as the factory muffler just at an expedited rate, the muffler is no longer sounding or performing the same and needs to be swapped out.
- Another probable exhaust situation you could find yourself in is that you have an exhaust fitted on your M3 that you think sounds good and had no intentions of changing it but after seeing and hearing our exhaust you find yourself wanting a new look, sound, and sense of enjoyment from driving your E36.

In 2023 our team at Turner can proudly say we are still fixated on the E36 chassis, our group of engineers and technicians own a multitude of E36 chassis including an early model vert, 95 M3 and Z3m(still counts!). High flow exhaust system directly from aFe, one of the top after market performance manufacturers. This new MACH Force XP Axle-back exhaust system is for the 2016+ BMW 340i F30 and F36 440i Gran Coupe with the new N58 3.0L turbo engine. This exhaust system is constructed from 3.0” mandrel bent stainless steel and is hand TIG-welded. The system uses a high flow transverse muffler with 3" diameter tubing which improves performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. To finish off this exhaust are dual double wall resonated angle cut gloss black 304 stainless steel tips. The factory actuator drive is retained with the aFe exhaust so that a check engine light does not occur. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations for a hassle free installation. No modifications necessary.
