The E36 M3 is an amazing looking car right out of the box but a common BMW issue is the height of the front vs rear bumpers. As far back as the E30, the front bumper is much lower than the rear bumper and the E36 M3 faces the same issue. With this problem the front bumper is always super low to the ground and the rear bumper looks in-complete. The ECS add-on diffuser is a unique option for balancing out the rear bumper with the height of the front bumper for a full and complete look.

Lets take a trip together down a new and unique path. Over the years ECS has designed factory replacement ABS and Carbon Fiber diffusers for all different models of BMW's. For the factory replacements ECS focus was to take the oem characteristics and add a twist and really bring out a more aggressive look with a direct replacement diffuser. For their new line of diffusers, us as car enthusiasts wanted to design a set of diffusers that really pushed the envelope and stepped outside of our comfort zone. Our new line of add-on diffusers is a result of our engineering team and fellow enthusiasts spending time study the M3 chassis, modeling different designs, testing prototypes and making changes to get a final product that we are extremely excited to offer. Installation:

Mounts to the bumper using factory hardware combined with self tapping screws, two plastic rivnuts and bolts for securing the center posts. Requires drilling the underside of the bumper.

Utilizing factory mounting locations and supplied hardware this diffuser is a direct bolt-on upgrade that can be installed directly in place of your factory diffuser. Our Turner Motorsport Rear Diffuser was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modelling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

Having a skid plate/splash guard has more purpose than you would believe. The skid plate is used to not only protect your underbody from rogue debris damaging the oil pan, but the other great benefit is protecting your drive belts and pulleys! When you open your hood and look down in front of your engine you see a series of drive belts and most likely you can see straight to the ground where there was originally a splash guard. When driving you are exposing your drive belts to the water, dirt and debris on the road which can lead to premature failure drive belts and accessories (Or even worse, the dreaded belt squeak.)

The E90/E92 plastic belly pan is a constant point of impact for potholes, speedbumps, inclines, and road debris(we saved one of our customers already, just take a look at the pictures). By now your factory belly pan is either falling off, broken into pieces or missing all together. Our skid plate for the E9x chassis is designed to replace the factory plastic splash shield. Instead of replacing your belly pan with another plastic one, upgrade to a full 8 gauge aluminum skid plate for your last belly pan purchase! The skid plate is designed with slotted mounting locations for ease of install and retains the factory jack-point on the subframe.

Our Aluminum Skid Plate is the ultimate upgrade in security for your E9X! This skid plate is a direct replacement for the OE belly pan, with the added benefit of durability from its heavy duty aluminum construction there is no question you should have one on your vehicle. BMW engineers positioned the oil cooler quite low under the car, positioned horizontally - an aerodynamic design that creates a vacuum force while driving, drawing heat from the oil cooler. The issue some of the vehicle owners have experienced is road debris from small branches to chunks of ice that have impacted the OE belly pan hard enough to crack the oil cooler draining the car's oil rapidly. Being one of the lowest points of the car, even a close encounter with a parking block can mean the end of the road for the factory belly pan - and oil cooler. Damage to the belly pan means reduced cooling, which can result in dangerously high engine temperatures. Once the belly pan is damaged, there is no longer any protection for the oil cooler, meaning damage to the cooler and a catastrophic loss in oil pressure may be right around the corner.

Designed using 8 gauge 5052 aluminum, this skid plate kit offers plenty of strength to protect your oil cooler and transmission. We also made sure this would be an easy, reversible upgrade by maintaining OE mounting locations and hardware that requires NO cutting or modification to your vehicle for fitment. Our engineering team also felt it was important to maintain some of the cooling features the BMW engineers spec'd out such as having a trim seal to fit snugly against the cooler edges to create the same vacuum cooling effects as stock.

All of the tuning in the world is only as good as the weakest link. More boost in your 135/335 is great! But you will soon learn that some of the factory hardware is not up to the task of handling that extra pressure. One of the first things to fail and cause a boost leak are the factory boost diverter valves. This allows boost to "leak" out of the intake stream and a loss of power from the engine. This ECS Tuning chargepipe upgrade includes a blow-off valve in place of the factory diverter valves. The BOV is higher quality than the diverter valves and will exit intake air to the outside instead of putting it back through the turbo system (which will reduce strain on the turbos). This aluminum chargepipe is also much more robust than the stock plastic factory pipe and the connection to the throttle body is stronger, eliminating another failure point of the stock pipe.

Built-in 1/8" NPT ports allow you to run an additional methanol injection kit (bungs included if you don't want use the ports).
