This part alters or deletes the emissions equipment on your car. Because of this, we require a waiver of emissions compliance to be signed and sent in to Turner Motorsport. You can download the waiver here.

These tuned resonators replace the factory resonator in section 2 of the exhaust. Supersprint also offers this section without any resonator at all. But if noise and volume is a strong consideration for you then using resonators is a good idea. If you were building a track car with headers and no cats then resonators will help keep noise levels low. This section is 309 stainless steel and 70mm diameter pipes (a little bigger than the factory size) so this piece will flow better and be a little louder than the factory resonator.

Many exhaust systems are only designed for so much exhaust flow, which can really limit the total amount of potential power your engine can produce. To address this issue with heavily tuned, turbocharged, or supercharged E46 M3s, Supersprint now offers a new line of high performance Center Twin-Pipe Exhaust Pipes that are designed to provide you with a significantly higher exhaust flow than their original performance exhaust pipes, 787503 (Resonated) and 787513 (Non-Resonated), designed for street and light track performance.

This twin pipe system utilizes two high flow pipes instead of a single large pipe, allowing for up to 25% greater total exhaust flow. Thanks to the increased total flow, these center pipes are capable of supporting S54 engines producing over 400whp, perfect for all highly modified street cars or performance track vehicles.

This specific option offer's pipes that are non-resonated for a more aggressive sound that is perfect for the track and automotive enthusiast.

This factory midpipe from the N55 135i is a sound enhancement when used on the twin-turbo N54 models. This N55 midpipe does not have the secondary catalytic converters in place that the N54 cars had. Instead there are straight pipes leading to the resonator. Without the secondary catalytic converters in place the exhaust is louder and with more of a burble and rumble. It's a great first upgrade to make the N54 engine a bit louder and more aggressive! The problem with turbo engines is that the turbo itself will dampen the sound and make the engine harder to hear. And the N54 135i engine is further dampened by the secondary cats. This can be a problem on the track when you want other drivers to be able to hear you. This center section will restore some of that lost volume and open up the N54 engine. With less backpressure the turbos can spool up faster which will make a modest power improvement. There's an added bonus for the 1M coupe - drastically reduced droning at light throttle.

This is the factory BMW N55 midpipe. It's a direct fit to either the N54 or N55 engined cars with all of the correct bends and crimps to fit the E82 or E88 chassis. But it will only change the sound characteristics for cars with the N54 engine. The N54 and N55 use the same exhaust gaskets, rings, and hangers.

Placing resonators after cat-less downpipes will help tune the sound from the S63TU engine. By removing the factory catted downpipes you're removing a large sound muffler as well and adding resonators can help tone down the open exhaust. These Supersprint resonators are for both banks of the exhaust (left and right). They are full stainless steel with a mandrel bent pipe for optimized exhaust flow. The Supersprint resonators have been tuned to work with the rest of their exhaust.

The Supersprint Crossover Pipe will delete the rear resonator ahead of the rear mufflers. By removing the resonator, you can get more volume and growl from your exhaust as well as decrease exhaust restriction for slightly better power and torque. Deleting resonators makes a small but noticeable increase in overall volume so it's recommended that this is done after changing or removing mufflers. This x-pipe fits in section 2 of the exhaust - after the factory secondary cat section and before the rear mufflers. It's a direct install with Supersprint mufflers but any other set of mufflers may require custom professional installation to achieve a perfect fit.
